[Q] Unlock all islands

Hi, I really want to unlock all the islands to use in single player but don't want to have to juggle DLLs and filenames and stuff to use someone else's savegame. Is there any way to just remove the police barriers and 6 stars with some kind of basic mod or one of those script loader things? I still want to be able to play multiplayer while having all the islands unlocked in single player.

I don't want to play through the story again, I already did it on the 360 and didn't like it.

Yes there is, you can use alice and use the following command:

 

PushInt(363)

PushInt(3)

CallNative("SET_INT_STAT")

 

I also released a simple trainer, that will do it with one keypress, just use it to unlock, afterwards you can delete the trainer.

Press NUM + to unlock.
