ExitiumMachina
I'm using Photoshop CS2 to do some skinning, I have the face skinned. Now I'm on the jacket and shirt, as I'm trying to skin The Punisher. Here is the image I'm using to base the skin I will do off: http://www.scifidimensions.com/May03/punisher.jpg Understandably I won't get the trench coat look, but I would like the flat black leather with the shirt. Now I come across a problem, I don't know how to put the skull image onto the shirt without it overlapping the jacket. I can do the color alterations and flat black jacket but I can't for the life of me get the skull image on the shirt. As you can quite tell I don't use Photoshop often and the last skins I did were done for GTAIII, which were simple to get the images. The jacket skin I am using is the default one (brown leather and striped shirt), but may end up using a better one as it doesn't have the look I am going for...any tips on which skin to use? And how to get the skull image placed on the shirt? Edited January 22, 2009 by ExitiumMachina
uNi
First search for a better picture of the skull, they usually have a black background so you just need to delete it with the magic eraser, select the skull and move it to your shirt. Then is just a case of resize and adjusting so it looks like it's part of the shirt.

Yea, I decided the same thing a little after posting this so I am using this image: http://www.myteespot.com/images/Images_d/d_7221.jpg I've already figured out how to cut the image out of the initial image, now I'm just working on resizing it to fit in the space for the jacket. I'm also probably going to end up using another jacket, but it won't open and keeps giving me an error...so I might have to reinstall for that one (the flight jacket I think it is).
