I was thinking maybe it is Uncle Kenny... but I have seen nothing to prove this... In other news, if anyone is interested, I'm almost positive that this is Chan and Hsin Jaoming. Here's the box art where you see the same pair in the top center... as well as the girl (no confirmed female characters that i know of yet... plus there's always been a trend with GTA of just sticking a hot girl artwork in that isn't actually a character)... and the white guy in the lower right who I'm thinking might be Wade Heston...
