Girish
It's because of your integrated graphic card. There's not much you can do except lowering all the settings down to their lowest values. You can also try disabling sound acceleration. Start > Run > Type 'dxdiag' > OK > Sound > Slide the acceleration bar to the extreme left.

If still you can't play the game, then see: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtop...+graphics+vista it's a guide for ALL INTEL GRAPHICS USERS Edited January 22, 2009 by ayushisrocking

It's an Intel graphic card. What do you expect? And expecting to play multiplayer when your single player fps chugs along at 30 isn't a good idea. That's almost like playing the game with frame limiter on.

None of us said you do. It is almost surely his card's problem, which me, too, had experienced earlier. Then I lowered the acceleration. Don't remember how, though. It worked perfectly some days back without even lowering the acceleration. Some things are curious. And don't ask me if it works now, I've lost my DVD. Girish
Maybe its my connexion .. Probably. And since this seems to be only a multiplayer relates issue, I suggest you ask for help in the official SA-MP forums. They'll have a better idea of your situation and probably, a few solutions too.
