I got the same problem, wouldn't answer his phone, so I forgot about him for a while, then suddenly he phoned me right in the middle of side missions I was trying get done, so I said no to his date. Then later phoned him back and several times he'd say he was pissed at me for not respecting our friendship enough, WTF, call him again a few days later, gives me the same BS, so again I thought stuff this dick and ignored him some more. I did eventually take him out but boy he is so sensitive. Forget Dwayne unless you really want his special ability, I know I'd much prefer taking Brucie out for a heli ride or take a boat out for a spin, much more enjoyable than anything Dwayne has to offer.
