Vercetti27
Has anyone actually bought the soundtrack to GTA Vice City? I've just ordered one off amazon, it's pretty good IMO.
saintdave
Yeah I own the box set. Purchased it not long after the game was out and I had played it extensively in this time. The music is part of what makes this game so great so it was definitely money well spent.
Spis
I heard that were told how Lazlow is kicked of the rock station, is that true and if so, how?
Panglu
I'm not that much of a gamer but I know Vice City certainly got "old" fast in todays gaming industry as far as the graphics go.. But it doesn't matter, at all, because the vibe of the game, and soundtrack being huuuge part of it, still makes it the most fun game to play

Fun > graphics. The soundtracks is definately one of the best things about the GTA games series since GTA III, and my favorite so far is Vice City's soundtrack though the other games' are great too. Btw, I seem to remember that there is some extra DJ talk between the songs on the Vice City soundtrack CDs that's not in the game.
claude-3
I heard that were told how Lazlow is kicked of the rock station, is that true and if so, how? Lazlow was kicked off the radio station shortly after the events in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. I think it was because of his ego, and "bad boy attitude". From what little I know about the radio business, I bet he got kicked off the air because of poor ratings (he really didn't know much about rock in GTA: Vice City; just recall his conversation with Couzin Ed, where he claims that Iron Maiden's mascot is a puppy). The other common reason to get kicked off the air would be a disagreement with management, but Lazlow (as portrayed in GTA: Vice City) seemed to have a good relationship with his boss.
