Okay how i can see this texture in 3d.

I cant understand where are legs, arms n sh*t...

Is possible to edit it too in 3d mode?

Import its model into a modelling app or find a dff viewer

(if thats from IV, doesn't sparks or openIV have model viewer?)

 

To edit you'll need a image editing program like (for example) photoshop
