Bates_GTA
It's all about the one shot Sniper, The sound of it always seems to make the other free moders scatter I also love just having one shot to pull off, feels alot more accomplishing than then automatic sniper, which i dont consider a sniper, I really think they should take it out of the neXt GTA & add new genuine sniper rifles, makes for a more realistic & fair sniper battle

Diamondback Copperhead
I'd like to see the Mauser C96. It was one of the first, if not the first, semi-automatic handguns. It was made in 1899, but it's still in use today by the Chinese Army(one of the largest and most powerful armies on Earth). Sadly, I don't have a picture. The Colt Python, which was in Vice City and Liberty City Stories, should also make a re-appearance. I missed it in San Andreas and IV.

BTW, dont China use Norinco pistols now? I aint quite sure of China's secretive ways lol. It doesnt belong in a Modern GTA, as people dont use it as much anymore. Cutscene's yes, WW2 era GTA's yes. Present GTA? No. And as for the return of a revolver I welcome. Bloody Desert Eagles suck. Honestly, they are CHROME!
D- Ice
Again, my initial thought is you people are again letting your silly little imaginations run too wild and naked in the fresh countryside breeze. There's no way in hell R* will have so much different guns in game - it'll just take away disk space and development time of the more important things - like the actual gameplay. Don't ever expect more guns than VC and other GTA's based on it's engine. Ok, this is a copy&paste from my GTA topic - GTA 2020: Pistols: Cz110 or FN FNP-9M, Beretta 93R, .357 Magnum (I love classics!). SMG's: Steyr TMP, SP-10 (the one of GTA IV), AK-74SU with Cobra holographic sights. Shotguns: Pump-action sawn-off shotgun (like in IV), and automatic full-length combat shotgun. Assault Rifles: AKMS (can't have GTA without an AK), XM8. Snipers: Dragunov, and a very modern, silenced NATO sniper. Heavy: PKM machinegun, LAW rocket launcher, fixed minigun. Thrown: Molotov Cocktails, Hand Grenades, Smoke&CS Gas Grenades.

KevinR1990
Most GTA fans are not gun nuts. They don't care about whether they're firing a Glock, a Beretta, or a CZ, as long as the thing can be fired from a moving vehicle. Some of the lists people have put up remind me of Counter-Strike or a Tom Clancy game. My ideal GTA gun list would be short, with each weapon being a) something you'd expect to find in the armory of a street gang, police department, black market gun dealer, or American military base, and b) distinct from one another in the view of the average gamer. Having three different 9mm handguns or 5.56 mm assault rifles would be pointless. Handguns: I'd have a 9mm handgun, a silenced 9mm, and a .357 revolver. The 9mm wouldn't be very powerful, but it would have a faster fire rate, a larger clip, and more common ammo (most enemies carry this weapon). The silenced 9mm is the same as the regular one, except quieter for stealth missions. The revolver would be much more powerful (able to kill in one or two shots), but it would have a slower fire rate, a much smaller ammo capacity, and the ammo would be rarer. I'm debating also having a .45 handgun with power, ammo capacity, and ammo rarity between that of the 9mm and the revolver, and a fire rate comparable to the 9mm. Shotguns: A sawed-off double-barrel, a pump shotgun, and a combat shotgun. The sawed-off has a wide spread and holds two shells, the pump shotgun has a more intermediate spread and a holds six shells, and the combat shotgun has a narrow spread, semi-auto fire capability, and holds eight shells. Sub-machine guns: A basic "ghetto" machine pistol (like the MAC-10 or the TEC-9) with a faster fire rate but much lower range and accuracy, and a full-size police sub-machine gun (like the MP5 or UMP) that's more accurate, but has a slower fire rate. Also, both sub-machine guns would share ammo with the 9mm handguns. Assault rifles: The AK-47 and an M4-type weapon, like in all past GTAs. This time, though, there'd be a reason to keep using the AK after getting access to the M4. Namely, the ammo will no longer be interchangeable between the two guns. If you go into combat with an M4 and not a lot of ammo, thinking you could just take the ammo from all of the dropped AKs, you'll find yourself out of ammo. Also, the M4 will no longer necessarily be the "better" gun. Although the M4 will have superior accuracy, the AK will be more powerful. I'm also wondering whether or not I should include a high-caliber battle rifle like the M14. It will have far more power and range than either of the above two assault rifles, while holding less ammo, having higher recoil, and being semi-auto only. Sniper rifles: There will be a basic, bolt-action hunting rifle with a scope, and a semi-auto combat sniper. The bolt-action kills in one shot, while the combat sniper takes two shots to kill (unless, of course, they're head shots). Big guns: My list would include a repeating grenade launcher (similar to the M32 MGL), a single-shot rocket launcher, and a light machine gun or squad automatic weapon (in place of the minigun). Grenades: Molotovs, frag grenades, satchel charges, and tear gas. The latter would be used by police on higher wanted levels, choking you and slowing you down. Melee weapons: You name it, you can use it. Knives, pool cues, baseball bats, chainsaws, and everything in between. If it works they like it. If we wanted to pay more attention to detail with regards to weapons in GTA, Vice and SA both need to be remade with the M4 carbine (assault rifle) taken out. That was not produced until 1994, two years after the events of SA and eight years after the events of VC "You tell me exactly what you want, and I'll explain to you very carefully why it cannot be." xcelr8armo
yea but the whole game revolves around shooting and killing people with guns, having different weapons makes that even more fun instead of just 9mm, desert eagle - random sniper, cool looking sniper - shotgun, sawnoff. And adding weapons isn't just so you could go and kill some one that also gives R* the chance to make good side missions were you gotta unlock the weapons by doing missions for the arms dealer. Bul1etSp0nge
A better list of weapons than my old one. Not so crazy. Iff guns use the same size ammunition then they share ammo in game. Handguns: >Glock 17 - Holds 17 rounds, weak hangun -Uses 9mm rounds >Ruger MK II(silenced)- Holds 10 rounds, very weak requires well placed head shots and stealth to get kills - Uses .22 rounds >Cz 75(automatic) - Holds 16 rounds, weak handgun, less acurate then the Glock 17 -Uses 9mm rounds >Colt Anaconda - Holds 6 rounds, powerful handgun, low rate of fire -Uses .44 magnum rounds Submachine Guns: >Tec 9 - Holds 50 rounds, weak SMG, very fast rate of fire -Uses 9mm >UMP - Holds 30 rounds, strong SMG, fast rate of fire -Uses .45 rounds >UZI carbine(silenced) - Would hold 25 rounds, as strong as the mac 11(tec 9) but slower. The silencer would obviously be quiet and not heard by anyone that doesn't see the shooting. Uses 9mm bullets. Shotguns: >Lupara(double-barreled sawed-off) - Holds 2 rounds, lots of spread, lowest range, most damage (fires one round at a time but if you tap the trigger twice both rounds will shoot almost at the same time) -Uses 12(maybe 8) guage shotgun shells >Ithicaca Model 37 Stakeout - Holds 6 rounds, pump action; medium spread, range and damage -Uses 12 guage shotgun shells >Benelli m4 super 90 - Holds 8 rounds, semiautomatic, lowest spread and damage, highest range, fastest rate of fire -Uses 12 guage shotgun shells Assualt Rifles: >AK 47 - Holds 30 rounds, more damage than the m4, less range, lower rate of fire -Uses 7.62mm rounds >M4 - Holds 40 rounds, less damage than the AK 47, more range, higher rate of fire -Uses 5.56mm NATO rounds Sniper Rifles: >Remmington Model 700 - Holds 6 rounds, bolt ation, 1 shot to the head or torso kill, 2 limb shots kill, has a scope -Uses Remington .223 rounds >M110 - Holds 20 rounds, semiautomatic, 1 headshot kill, 2 torso shots kill, 3 limb shots kill, has a scope -Uses 7.62mm NATO rounds(not the same as the AK 47) Heavy Weapons: >RPG7(rocket launcher) - Holds 1 shot, 1 shot will kill a person or destroy a vehicle -Uses 40mm rockets >M79(grenade launcher) - Holds 1 shot, 1 shot will kill a person, 2 shots will destroy a vehicle, shot has an arc -Uses 40mm grenades >USAS 12(automatic shotgun) - Holds 20 rounds, 5 shots will light a vehicle on fire -Uses 12 guage shotgun shells >M60(Machine Gun) - Holds 200 rounds -Uses 7.62mm armor piercing rounds Thown: >Pipe Bomb - can be thrown farther then a grenade, smaller blast radius >Grenade - larger blast radius >Molotov - Causes fire damage, lights the area on fire >Tear Gas - Blocks View with smoke and blurs vision >IED(Improvised Explosive Device) - Explosive that is remotely detonated. Melee: >Everything you could think of that would be feasible for a human to use as a melee weapon and isn't ridiculously big Hand: >Fist >Brass Knuckles Edited February 2, 2009 by Bul1etSp0nge

This is exactly what i'm talking about - rather than a Tom Clancy BS specialist game, where each gun is painfully recreated in game with all it's advantages and diadvantages, feasibly R* will have generic weapons each fulfilling a board niche ingame. As for my weapons choice from before, I feel it requires an explanation like you put excellently with your good and feasible gun choices: Pistols. Cz110 or FN FNP-9M: Your standard low-power, higher capacity 9mm pistols to replace the current Beretta 92/Glock 17 Generation of pistols by 2020. These will be the first firearm you'll get ingame, the weakest pistol as well as the weakest firearm available. However, it is the most commonly available pistol carried by everyone from hoodlums, organised crime gangs, police, security and bodyguards. It will also be the standard-issue sidearm of law enforcement, who'll drop this alongside their main weapon like with GTA3. Most gangsters also carry this as their secondary firearm incase their main gun runs out of ammo etc... Beretta 93R Silenced: This is the silenced pistol of the game - but with one difference. Instead of being the standard pistol with a silencer attached, this is a fully automatic pistol. It should be made to have a fictional non-9mm ammo (unlike the real 93R) in order to prevent ammo from transfering, otherwise it'll make the game way too easy picking up extremely abundant 9mm ammo and using it for this. This gun should be extremely rare - you cannot aquire it from gun sellers, but only aquire it from dead/wounded high-level enemies later on in game, like very elite assassins and Black-Ops. Very Modern .357 Magnum Revolver: The next gen of revolvers chambered from the classic .357 magnum rounds. As well as looking more modern than the legendary classics, these will have a slightly higher rate of fire - maybe contending with the standard pistol, as well as an increased capacity of about 10-12 rounds. Also come with a laser pointer, and subsiquenly increased zoom due to the better accuracy. While rarer than standard 9mm pistols, it is much more common than the 93R, and can be bought from speciality gun shops. Carried by better armed gangsters and as secondary sidearm of better-equipped bodyguards and paramilitary fighters. SMG's. Styre TMP: The next gen of micro-SMG to replace the likes of the Mac-10 and Micro-Uzi by 2020. This is the standard ghetto/drive-by/gangster micro-SMG carried by everyone from street gangs for drive-bys to organised crime gangsters and heavily-armed VIP bodyguards. Often used as secondary sidearm by more heavily armed gangsters like the army, paramilitary fighters and death squads. SP-10: A gun based on the current gen SMG or a fictional next gen full-sized SMG to replace the MP5/SP-10. This will be the standard full-sized SMG in-game, and is very commonly used by anyone who wants to machine gun anyone else down. Police SWAT, gangsters, hitmen, bodyguards, soldiers, paramilitaries, death-squads andsecurity will use these. AK74SU with Cobra Holographic Sights: Although technically a carbine assault rifle, I put this gun with the SMG's due to it's compact size, uses and the role it fulfils. This is used by the more elite fighters such asthe Police SWAT, Army Commandoes, Elite Paramilitary Death Squads, aswell as some of the more elite VIP protection in-game. Some of the more powerful gang hitmen will also use these. These have the advantage of using round as powerful as those of the assault rifles, while being small and compact enough to be able to sprint with like the SMG's. However, they are considerably less accurate than the assault rifles, and even the normal SMG due to horrendous recoil. But their sights allow for better zoom and aiming for longer-distance fighting. Like the 93R SD, these are very rare, andcan only be acquired as a trophy after killing those elite enemies. There ammon is also unique and can't be interchanged with any other firearm. Assault Rifles. AKMMS: Fictional next gen successor in the AK-47 series (not the AK-74 series which is completely different). This should be the new AK of the near future - based on Modernised AKM's, which in turn were modernised AK-47's. They should have the same overall appearance, but with green/camo synthetic/fibre glass furniture rather than the old wooden ones. It should also be slightly asthetically more futuristic. It has a folding stock - secondary fire will fold/unfold it. Folding it will give you the advantage of SMG-like handling/sprinting, concealability under your clothes and faster reload while compensating accurancy. Being a world city, this should undoubtably be the most commonly encountered weapon in the game - just as it will be the most common firearm in the world. Almost every type of heavier-armed enemy will use this alongside their other weapons - Police SWAT, hitmen, gangsters, soldiers, paramilitary fighters, death squads, heavily-armed bodyguards, security and even the SF Commandoes. Basically this gun is used everywhere. However it is used differently by different groups - while gangsters will spray inaccurately, SWAT/Commandoes will shoot in accurate bursts, and soldiers spray from a very long distance innaccurately to suppress you - with often devestating collateral damage. XM8: The next gen of modern NATO assault rifles. These ugly and unwieldy futuristic weapons will have the same performance as the M16 in GTA3. Legendary firepower devestatingly coupled with a blistering rate of fire and accuracy - combined with a telescopic zoom as the secondary fire mode. This is used by the best armed heavily armed enemies. Army/Paramilitary/Terrorist Officers, Commandoes and other elite forces like Death Squads and Black Ops. Some of the best armed Hitmen and Gang Bosses might also have these - but not necessarily be able to use them properly. Shotguns. Pump-Action: A normal pump-action shotgun with synthetic fibreglass furniture. This is the standard shotgun, very commonly available from Cops, Gangsters, and even civilians. Good range, low dispersion and slow rate of fire. Sawn-Off: Double-barrel sawn-off shotgun - the classic weapon of hitmen and staff behind the bars in the seediest joint. Also used by some gangsters, and common in drive-bys too. Due to it's very small size, it will also be rarely used as a secondary sidearm by the scariest enemies you'll encounter - especially death squads working for gangs and government. Slightly less abundant than the pump-action, but more common on the streets due to it's better concealability. Combat Shotgun: The most powerfull shotgun in the game - based on the Stryker of Max Payne 2. Unlike the SPAS-12, this next-gen combat shotgun fires fully automatic, and has a relatively massive clip size (32 shells). This is not found in any dealers, and like the 93R and AK-74SU Cobra, can only be acquired as a trophy after killing the most elite enemies. Only a very few of the best armed Death Squads, Black-Ops and Spooks will carry these - and combined with their very high skill and armour will make them practically impossible to take down single-handedly. Though distracting them by sending a squad to be mowed down by them, you might just about kill them with a rocket-launcher. Snipers. Sniper Rifle: Modernised non-automatic sniper rifle with the futuristic synthetic/fibreglass furniture. The most common sniper rifle in game, a favourite of assassins on rooftops, as well as SWAT/Army Snipers. Due to their loud sound and muzzel-flash, you'll be quite easily able to spot the shooter even when driving a car - especially at night-time. Zoom is not adjustable. Modern NATO Sniper: Fully Automatic, silenced futuristic NATO sniper. This will only used by the best armed/elite snipers towards the end of the game, when you start dealing with the most dangerous people. No muzzel flash and sound, as well as better camo for Black-Ops snipers will make shooters almost impossible to spot before dying. Even worse is the adjustable zoom and higher rate of fire - making fleeing your best hope when bullet-holes start filling your car from nowhere. Like all the best weapons in-game, these are available as trophies from dead enemies - but can also be bought from specialist gun shops for a very high price. Heavy. M60: Heavy machine-gun with very powerfull rate of fire. It is carried by Military "Heavies" in the Army and Opposition Paramilitary Rebels during the Civil war later on in the game. These massive burly bastards wear heavy armour all over their bodies, and riot-gear type helmets, so will take quite a few shots to take down. With their very heavy weapons, they'll be again near-impossible to take down single-handedly without a squad. This weapon is near impossible to get hold off before the civil-war period in the game. LAW: Single-shot, disposable LAW Rocket-Launcher. Also carried by Military Heavies on both sides during civil war period, and again almost impossible to get hold off before then. Despite being single-shot, you can carry multiple LAWS - but have to sacrifice the fact you cannot carry any other main weapon - just a side-arm with it. Thrown. Molotiv Cocktails: Very crude incendairy device. Bottle of petrol or good Vodka, rag on top, light rag and throw. Very popular throughout the underworld, with low-level enemies - thugs, street gangs and the general punk/scum populus. Also popular with other better armed gangs and hitmen for torching places. You can make your own from Vodka bottles you buy at convience stores in game, where you can also replenish health with vending machines like with GTA SA. Grenades: Standard military issue hand grenades. As well as being found, used and dropped by most Army and Paramilitary soldiers during very high wanted levels and at the civil war period in-game, they are also used by the better armed gangs and their hitmen, enforcers and death squads. Much more difficult to get hold of and rarer than molotovs, but are quite available in middle/later stages of the game, and from specialist illegal arms traders. Smoke Grenades: These are smoke/tear gas grenades thatcreate a dense smoke screen, as well as cause CS gas effects when you get closer, distorting your vision and causing you to close your eyes often, disrupting your vision. The convulsive cough caused will not allow you to move very fast - only walk fast at best too, and also lower your weapon, disrupting your shooting too. These are mainly found on SWAT personel and Army Officers, but are also used by elite forces/bodyguards during distress to slow you down. Generally rarer than grenades, and can't be bought from arms traders. Satchel Charges: Improvised Explosive Device (IED) detonated by a remote detonator (or maybe timer as well). These are the rarest type of explosive device, and are only found and used by elite forces - with devestating consiquences - car bombs, roadside bombs, and even planting it in your safehouse and blowing it up as soon as you go to save there. Best assassins, some Commandoes and Black-Ops will use them, as well as the Rebel Paramilitaries during the civil war period in my game.

Nietzsche's God
How about "any" objects in the virtual world that can be used as a weapon: example would be a trash can, trash from the trash dumpster, tools that are found in construction sites or being used by construction workers, simple household items like frying pans and etc., foods in grocery stores (and why isn't there any grocery stores in GTA?), and anything that happen to be visible where it can be thrown for your own amusement. Bul1etSp0nge
Using anything as a melee weapon would be great. Maybe even take that further and make it kind of like Dead Rising. Let us grab shopping carts and push them. We could plow down the street knocking over pedestrians and then when a pissed off pedestrian comes over to me I can hit him in the face with a trashcan. The melee weapons selection should be very big even if the firearms are limited. The actual melee weapons that you store in your inventory should also have a lot of options for you. There should also be more missions involving melee weapons. In the beginning of GTA5 you should not get guns during missions for a while. A reliance on melee combat would be fun. Maybe even add some underground fight clubs. When you finally get your first handgun it would be very rewarding but the game would be fun before you get a gun. LunaticBrandon
Wow you said you don't want any Tom Clancy BS but that sounds like Tom Clancy BS. Those guns don't seem like something you would see in a crime game A better list of weapons than my old one. Not so crazy. Iff guns use the same size ammunition then they share ammo in game. Handguns: >Glock 17 - Holds 17 rounds, weak hangun -Uses 9mm rounds >Ruger MK II(silenced)- Holds 10 rounds, very weak requires well placed head shots and stealth to get kills - Uses .22 rounds >Cz 75(automatic) - Holds 16 rounds, weak handgun, less acurate then the Glock 17 -Uses 9mm rounds >Colt Anaconda - Holds 6 rounds, powerful handgun, low rate of fire -Uses .44 magnum rounds Submachine Guns: >Mac 11 - Holds 50 rounds, weak SMG, very fast rate of fire -Uses 9mm >UMP - Holds 30 rounds, strong SMG, fast rate of fire -Uses .45 rounds Shotguns: >Lupara(double-barreled sawed-off) - Holds 2 rounds, lots of spread, lowest range, most damage (fires one round at a time but if you tap the trigger twice both rounds will shoot almost at the same time) -Uses 12(maybe 8) guage shotgun shells >Ithicaca Model 37 Stakeout - Holds 6 rounds, pump action; medium spread, range and damage -Uses 12 guage shotgun shells >Benelli m4 super 90 - Holds 8 rounds, semiautomatic, lowest spread and damage, highest range, fastest rate of fire -Uses 12 guage shotgun shells Assualt Rifles: >AK 47 - Holds 30 rounds, more damage than the m4, less range, lower rate of fire -Uses 7.62mm rounds >M4 - Holds 40 rounds, less damage than the AK 47, more range, higher rate of fire -Uses 5.56mm NATO rounds Sniper Rifles: >Remmington Model 700 - Holds 6 rounds, bolt ation, 1 shot to the head or torso kill, 2 limb shots kill, has a scope -Uses Remington .223 rounds >M110 - Holds 20 rounds, semiautomatic, 1 headshot kill, 2 torso shots kill, 3 limb shots kill, has a scope -Uses 7.62mm NATO rounds(not the same as the AK 47) Heavy Weapons: >RPG7(rocket launcher) - Holds 1 shot, 1 shot will kill a person or destroy a vehicle -Uses 40mm rockets >M79(grenade launcher) - Holds 1 shot, 1 shot will kill a person, 2 shots will destroy a vehicle, shot has an arc -Uses 40mm grenades >USAS 12(automatic shotgun) - Holds 20 rounds, 5 shots will light a vehicle on fire -Uses 12 guage shotgun shells >M60(Machine Gun) - Holds 200 rounds -Uses 7.62mm armor piercing rounds Thown: >Pipe Bomb - can be thrown farther then a grenade, smaller blast radius >Grenade - larger blast radius >Molotov - Causes fire damage, lights the area on fire >Tear Gas - Blocks View with smoke and blurs vision >IED(Improvised Explosive Device) - Explosive that is remotely detonated. Melee: >Everything you could think of that would be feasible for a human to use as a melee weapon and isn't ridiculously big Hand: >Fist >Brass Knuckles Great gun list You should add: -UZI carbine(silenced) - Would hold 25 rounds, as strong as the mac 11(tec 9) but slower. The silencer would obviously be quiet and not heard by anyone that doesn't see the shooting. Uses 9mm bullets. The mac 11 should be changed out with a tec 9 because a mac 11 use .380 cal bullets. Pr0xy_fl00d3r
I was always a fan of the Tec 9 in SA myself, such an epic weapon. But what I'd love to see come back is the knife stealth kills, and the machete for just whacking the sh*t out of people. Next GTA must have better melee weapons, and no I dont mean silly things like Katana's and maces, I mean, like police batons (why dont police use them any more?), pieces of wood, pool cues, crowbar for sure, lead pipes. (obviously not all purchasable, but the kind of thing you can pick up in the street.)

D- Ice
@Flesh-n-Bone: Thanks bro, but as you see, I tried having like three tiers for every weapon - like the maximum I think R* will probably do - a low/standard weapon, a good/improved version and a very good/trophy/legendary and extremely rare version. Lunatic: Ok, firstly my game - if you bothered to read my posts/use some form of intelligence is set in 2020. You gotta be a real tard to still think gangsters then will be using the same weapons as in a game set in 2009. I tried balancing out futuristic weapon aspects with feasility - ie not having overly advanced laser-guns. Secondly, did you read my descriptions of who uses each form of weapon? My idea for GTA will have different classes of enemies involved in crime - not as central to stereotypical gangsters as the previous game. I'd love GTA to go beyond that - as they already have to some extents in previous titles. This can be just as realistic (crime not just done by gangsters) and also add a welcoming change - what really annoyed me in GTA 4 was this lack of variability of enemy classes. You fight the same gangsters from early on - all the way to the end of the game. They are the same guys, just different guns. And finally, do you know what "Tom Clancy BS" means - or rather what I was trying to imply. I didn't think it was that hard of a concept to get a grip of, but maybe I should of explained a bit more to people like you. I meant by it using massive lists of "niche-less"/obscure weapons - or basically not every weapon got a clear-cut role in the game, ie 'the micro-SMG', 'the full-size SMG'. A "Tom Clancy" list would be more like 'mac-11, micro-uzi, styre TMP, MP5, UMP-45, Uzi Carbine'. I don't think my selection did that - the maximum I had was three weapons for each tier - which is feasible for R* to actually do like they did in VC and other games using that engine. Each also has a clear niche and usually the third one is more of an easter-egg or trophy from very difficult/advanced and very rare enemies like government Black-Ops anyway. zds
In GTA 4 there was slow rate of pistol shooting... i would appriciate if R* made it diffrent in next GTA.. like if you clik faster you shoot in faster rate (like CounterStrike), also burst from ak/m4... i hope they will make shooting less arcade, more realistic (but not too much)
Rob.Zombie
I agree on all weapons, especially on the M4 with M203 (hell yeah) and maybe they should include the M249 SAW. Since GTA IV was built on realism (in my opinion) it would be much more realistic than a minigun, and since the army uses it, it could even "easily" be found. What I'd do is to put an extra weapon in, which would be like super rare (you can find it only in 1 mission or sth like that) and it'd be the G36. I want this weapon because it's my favourite. Actually, the G36 is a very common weapon in Europe's Police Forces, being used by german army also. Its a very good assault rifle and I could see it being used later on in game by enenmies. I dont even know why the M4 is included in the game. Im tired of just the AK and M4 as the assault rifles. How about Steyr AUG's and sh*te? And Miniguns could be included, but only if: 1. They are mounted on cars 2. Moounted on buildings 3. Very rare 4. Cant be handheld. I would like to see an system were you lose your wepaons when you enter water, except for Underwater handguns and rifles.
