tekkenfreek233
I've recently re-installed Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. I had uninstalled it because I f*cked up on installing a mod and it kept crashing every time I tried loading my game but I found that just simply rebuilding all of my archives worked and now my game no longer crashes. I've been playing through the game again and I found that I'd quite like to listen to some of my own music in the User Track Player but here's the problem: I have no San Andreas User Files! I know how to put my own songs on the User Track Player. The problem is that I don't have any GTA San Andreas User Files in My Documents! I've checked in the Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas and didn't find anything there! It's been saving my game just fine but I just want to know this: Could I just simply recreate the Folder and all SubFolders or is there a more complex method to solving this problem? Please Help! Girish
Locate your gta_sa.set file and create a User Files folder in there and see if it works. Are you using Vista, btw? tekkenfreek233
I am using Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2 and I can load saved games and save my games just fine. Edit: I looked for my gta_sa.set file and didn't find it. I remember when I asked a question a long time ago about modding and someone suggested deleting my User Files to fix my problem so I did although it didn't work. I don't know why I forgot to mention this in my original post. Will this help or am I hopeless? tekkenfreek233
Admin, please lock this topic or delete it. I have figured out the problem. My San Andreas User Files were there, but not in the place I expected them to be. Instead, I have to go to C:\Users\Public\Public Documents and the folder is located there. I put in the track I wanted (What's The Difference? by Dr. Dre) and it worked! Thanks for your concerns! Edit: Sorry for the double post!
