this is an assignment for my highschool creative writing class I just want some feedback before I turn it in.

 

 

minimum rage

 

I was 17and I was working a job in the ever popular fast food industry, working minimum wage and being treated like sh*t. It was the first time I arrived at work late so my boss just got on my ass, he always got a thrill out of messing with his employees, I was usually tolerant of my boss’s bullsh*t but on this particular day I just couldn’t keep my mouth shut, before I could stop my self I told him to go f*ck himself and called him an asshole right in the crowded restaurant in front of my coworkers and the customers. He just stood there for about a minute then told me to get to work so I walked to my register and worked.

 

Near the end of my shift my boss called me to the back; I remember he had this smirk on his face that told me what he was going to do, I walked over to him and asked him what he wanted, he said he was letting me go; I had already known that but what he said after pissed me off, he said that he wasn’t giving me my paycheck for this week because I didn’t deserve it after that I just lost it all I really remember was the first punch I guess I blacked out because when I came to he was on the floor with blood all over his face and I was in handcuffs.

I'm throwing the bullshit flag on this one. Does your school not have standards? This is inappropriate (as far as education goes) and isn't too great. Unnecessary vulgarities teams up with bad grammar and lack of description to create this brainfart of a piece. If I was your teacher, I'd lock this assignment in with a solid D, assuming I didn't disqualify you for the vulgarity. Basically, it sucked. Sorry dude. And I doubt you even have bragging rights to claim this story is true.
