Multistory mayhem?

Hey guys, I'm trying to get 100% completion in GTA III right now, so I looked online for a "100% checklist" and one of the things it has on the checklist is a bonus mission called "Multistory Mayhem"? I was just wondering, where is this mission at? I've done "Patriot Playground" and I've also completed all of the RC Toys missions, but I just have no clue where to find this multistory mayhem mission, anybody know how to get access to this mission?

It's in the multi-storey car park on Staunton Island. It's at the top of the road you drive down to where Asuka lives when you first get to that island.

 

It starts differently from all the other off-road missions in that you need to go in there and steal the Stallion you'll find there. Drive it out of the car park (facing towards it), get out and as you get back in the mission will start. You have to drive through the markers like in the other off-road missions. There are 4 on each floor - the last one needs you to do a jump off the ramp to get to it

 

There's also the "A Ride in the Park" off-road mission on Staunton Island. That starts when you get into the Landmaster par4ked by the cabin near the tennis courts in Bellevile Park
