Trying to install the bus shelter mod

hi, i have a question regarding installing the bus shelter mod. it requires me to use the IMG Tool, which i have already downloaded but have no idea about using. anyways here what i have to do

 

Instructions:

 

Auto Install:

 

1.

Put all the files in the MOD folder into the same

folder as the Install Script - installscript_gtavc.txt.

i.e. ALL the files in the IMG, Shelters and Airport

folders PLUS the Readme.txt file and the gta_vc.dat

file MUST be in the same folder as the Install Script.

Now run the Mod Installer program. You can download

the Mod Installer program from http://www.gta3hq.com

 

NOTE:

If the Mod Installer throws out an error then start

the process again and BROWSE to your Vice City

install directory when the Game Directory option

comes up. i.e. 'Select Where Vice City is Installed'

 

should i use the IMG Tool for this part or should i just move the files?

Questions about mods are better kept here, in the mods forum, as this section is for un-modded copies of the game. You are more likely to get better help over in the mods section, because some people over here(like me), don't know that much about mods, and people who visit the mods section is more likely to know a lot about mods.
