Ethan.T Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 When i play GTA IV on my laptop i am in the broker neighbourhood {a liberty city neighbourhood} and i want to get to the algonquin neighbourhood {another liberty city neighbourhood} but when i go to the highway to cross over the water to algonquin neighbourhood the police have blocked the highway. I tried every highway so i went passed the dukes neighbourhood and followed the highway over to the bohan neighbourhood and then tried to drive on a highway to algonquin but it was still blocked. How do i get over to algonquin neighbour hood? Everytime i have stolen a car to get to the algonquin neighbourhood so is that why the police have blocked the highways so i can't get over to algonquin neighbourhood? They were all like this, with the other parts of the city blocked off for some made up reason or another, with the actual reason being that you weren't far enough through the story line, so you didn't deserve it! lol. OabAli Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 There is a way to get to Algonquin with it locked, by foot or car, but u still get the 4-star wanted level. In the middle of the Algonquin Bridge, there is a walkway. It isn't blocked by the feds. it is accessible on the street below the bridge. There are stairs that lead up to it. Check it out!
