alexrdh
K, since I found no uninstall option, I deleted the GTA IV folders. (was reinstalling because the patch just gave me unwanted problems after fine playing) However, when Auto-run comes up, I only get 'Launch Social Club' and no 'Install GTA IV PC' Wtf? First, I will try a reboot. If it succeeds, well the prob is fixed. And I was at just before Escuela of The Streets (with the problem where the guy pulls up and no marker appears), no saves worked, XLive installed, but that stopped GFWL starting up with IV, which practically makes xlive useless for me. If the reboot doesn't make the PC realise IV is uninstalled, then I'm f*cked...

CharmingCharlie
Did you think to look in the add/remove option in your control panel on windows XP ? I've just looked and GTA 4 is in there. You might want to have a look and select uninstall it will complain there are no files and ask if you want to "delete" the entry from add/remove. That should then allow you to reinstall the game. LanceLongstiff
Throw your PC out a window and send the pieces to Rockstar with a demand for a payout. Bastards.

copperwire93
Now you really ****ed. Make sure you clean your registry, as you remove the game without using uninstaller

If you didn't revoke then you will use up a license slot . Best way forward would be to remove all folders and run a registry cleaner to fix/remove any registry entries.
