Please help!

So, I finally installed gta iv on my pc and it was working until I resterted my pc..I got 'social club encountered an error and needs to close' pop up..well I tried all the ways that I found on this forum and around on the net, but nothing worked for me..I'm kinda giving up on it right now, so I came here if you guys can help me.

 

I reinstalled gta, disabled service and actually managed to get rid of fatal error from social club, but then I got this when I run social club

I serched on google, but it seems none had this problem yet?

I reinstalled gta twice to fix this, but no luck..if I try to launch game through gta iv I get this blank black window with lighting letter and after that I get 'social club encountered an error and needs to close'

 

so, I really don't know what else to do here, I really want to play the game

 

anyone having any idea how to get it to work this 'I accept terms' button which is grayed out?

nevermind, fixed a game with reinstalling and doing a couple of other things described in ' RGSC has encountered a problem and needs to close' thread.
