No, but seriously, I had a previous thread here and it didn't get asnwered So, -puttingmyuniloanintogooduse- I bought a wired 360 controller :3 It's pretty nice though actually, £22 isn't too bad either. So yeah, I plugged it in, and it worked!.. BUT, it seems to have the same kinda -crappy- configuration as the one i used on the other controller, So I was just wondering How do I go about resetting the controller to their default config? because at the moment I CANNOT use the right analogue stick, I can calibrate it within windows perfectly, but I just can't control it. Also When the game says like " Press LT to watch tv" I press LT (a long with all the other buttons and it doesn't work) Can any of you provide some kinda info on how to reset it? Or is it a re-install? Cheers It works straight out of the box, no need for extra software. Just make sure you haven't switched the controller to classic setting in the control options and there should also be a reset to default option in the configuration options too. I know it works out of the box but before I bought this I was messing around with the .ddl's and the 360emu.ini (trying to get my ps3 controller working). But I gave in and bought the xbox controller. Now I think It's using the crappy config of the modded 360emulator and not the actually inbuilt emulator.. or something.. How can I reset it? There isn't a reset option in the controller options Also: The left and right trigger SEEMS to be right analogue stick :3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

kingsley Posted January 25, 2009 Author Share Posted January 25, 2009 what's soup? I ended up fixing it. I had to re-install, it took about a hour or something but it was worth it. Yes, I did install it with the *All Controllers Working* fix, I restored the files I changed (the ones I backed up) but it didn't have any of it. It work, but there were like serious issues :') left and right trigger was practically the right analogue stick and every other button was opposite. But It's working now, cheers anyone youttths.
