So I just need someone capable of running GTA 4 and creating a server in LAN mode. Once I get that working, work on the dedicated server can begin. Once I get that working, work on the dedicated server can begin. i'm a bit confused. so right now you don't need a server? you just need another guy running the game with hamachi and hosting a lan game? that's how it sounds from your post. shouldn't be too hard to find ppl to do that.
