4 Bagger
Sorry for posting another topic about cars but there is one more thing I want to know: Do you think the new Ford models have given Ford that bit of boost they needed? Those are the new Fords...
Quick Stop
Being honest i like the advancement that Ford has made with their designs. The Focus ST is a a beauty of a car as are all their new designs, hell even the new KA is pretty cool.
stingray.
Completely agreed. Altough I hate the headlights on the Modeo. Even on the American side, things are going to get alot better with this and the new Fusion.
Rambo_Augusta
yep the new designs are getting better improving on the last which is good to see
stretch.
They are very nice looking cars, well designed, pretty well put together. Just they're massive... the new fiesta is last gen focus sized the new focus is last gen mondeo sized the new Ka, well... it's massive for a supermini. 4 Bagger
I agree with everyone on this, they are nice looking cars but they are a bit big for what they are. And not to mention, they are pretty pricey. I prefer the Kuga most of all as it is a completely new car and it is probably the only 4x4/people carrier that is reliable that Ford have made. In my opinion, the Ford Galaxy is a bit too big and ugly.
Ronnyboy
I have loved the new Fiesta ever since the epic review on Top Gear. If anyone is going to make it through this economic depression, I feel it will be Ford. They look good, cheap, economical, smart, right sized, and are really nice cars. Think back a few years, Vauxhall Vectra vs. Ford Mondeo right? Not any more. Hell, we've got a 2000 plate Vauxhall Elite (aka Omega, Vauxhall's largest Saloon car) and it's tiny compared to the new Mondeo (which we borrowed as the 407SW was in for a service). In the back of the new Mondeo there's enough leg and headroom to fit an NBA player, f*cks sake. Mind you, I like big cars.

Just thought you'd like to know that, And if the ford galaxy is too big and ugly, look at the S-Max by the way, the mondeo is a whole new design, floorplan and platform compared to the old one, as is the fiesta and the Ka, only the badge stays the same because they don't have the same stigma as "Vectra". The only thing I don't like is the crease in the boot. One of my friends is currently tossing up between buying a Focus CC to drop an st engine in and sleeperfy, or an rs, I said Rs, Oh and as for mondeo's, for me it'd be a titanium x sport, with either the 2.2 diesel (remapped naturally) or the 2.5 i5, yummy,
dog_day_sunrise
The ST is a great car, but I don't think it's styled very well. It's like one of those cross-breed dogs that's nips at bigger dog's ankles, but has the biggest bark in the world. More show than go, and I'm not a fan of that kind of car. Let me guess, if you were to buy one of the ff "hot hatches" you'd go for a GTI or an S3? Personally, if I had to buy a hot hatch, I'd go for an Alfa 147 GTA, Cupra or the ST,
dog_day_sunrise
If I was going to buy a hot hatch, which I wouldn't, as I'd rather get a second hand coupé with a fair bit more grunt, I'd got for a Cupra R, R32, 147GTA or 135i
4 Bagger
Don't forget the C-MAX. It's similar to a S-MAX but looks a bit different and is a bit smaller.
Starion
I'm liking the new Fiesta. It stands out a lot when compared to other superminis of the same size. I'd rather have the new Fiesta over the new Clio or the new Corsa. Not too sure about the new mondeo though, it's seem like a bit of a mish mash between different ford designs really, and the front lights are too long. They're nice cars inside though. I'm not one for niche cars, so I'm not a fan of the Kuga. It looks okay, nothing really special or anything. So I'm kindof liking Ford's newer designs, they are very modern, but they don't seem as iconic as previous designs if you know what I mean. mod it with Nitrous Oxide and chassis dyno. ElSaxo
Compared with the new Lancia Delta, also the Ford Ka/Fiesta/Mondeo/Kuga/Transit looks like good.
Suction Testicle Man
Personally, I think the new Mondeo is a high-arsed abomination - but I've hated all Mondeos since the mk1, which was the best-looking of the lot imo. The Focus is a fantastic car, though after driving a brand new 'Titanium' (Ghia?) model, I decided I'd much rather have a V50 - identical chassis, running gear, even interior - but it's a million times better at cornering. Do the Fiesta/Ka come with a joypad and antenna? If at first you don't succeed, you fail, and the test will be terminated.
stretch.
there's still ghia amazingly, Titanium is like the old ghia x's I guess... The new ka is a funny looking bugger
Black-hawk
I just love the new Mondeo and Kuga. So damn sexy. Oh and don't you fa**ots know that bigger is better? Seriously, I hate hatches and those cars that look like they were made for midgets. Plus, both the Mondeo and Kuga aren't big at all. Mid-sized yeah, but huge? No way in hell. Quick Stop
If you compared the Ford Kuga to the Audi Q7 it would just further Black Hawks point. However i saw the Kuga for the first time yesterday and i was impressed to say the least, its a beauty.
ElSaxo
Do the Fiesta/Ka come with a joypad and antenna? No, only with the old Fiesta/Ka. Now the driver will need an iPhone.
Algonquin Assassin
I'm a GM man myself, but I've always liked the Focus. Very nice car. We hired a new Mondeo on the weekend, and apart tfrom the ugly (IMO) backend it was a nice car to drive.
