Game won't close

My game is a legit game with the latest patch on it. It runs fairly well considering my system specs.

 

My problem is simple, when you click on quit to close game the screen goes blank and does nothing. I left it on the blank screen for 10min+ and it still didn't close. Some times I can hit Alt F4 then Ctrl-alt-del to get the task manager to pop up so I can end task. Most of the time I can't get the task manager to pop up so i'm forced to turn off the pc via the tower off/on button. This happens every time I play the game.

3072mb PC 3200 DDR

Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS 512mb

ASROCK 939 Dual VSTA MOBO

Try reinstalling and see if the problem continues.
