Was playing this morning then i quit game, it closed and i rebooted just so i could have the game run a lil smoother. Now the rs social club window wont even pop up and theres no icon on the menu bar tray but only the tab for the window that if clicked still doesnt bring it up. This thing just sits there processing on and on nonstop with memory usage increasing. I unstalled and installed from disk and still nothing. I downloaded the latest RS social club version and installed that and still nothing. Now im trying to reinstall the redistributable that came with the DLed latest RS SC program but it wont let me saying "Turn Windows features on or off". Im doing that now and its taking forever. BTW heres how to do it: http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/e...82009b1033.mspx Now i turned on the other features and ran donetfx in the redistributable and it says the same thing "Turn Windows features on or off" you must configure framework from there. Irrati0nal Posted January 19, 2009 Share Posted January 19, 2009 Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open Windows Task Manager, go to processes and find RGSC.exe, right click it and press "END PROCESS" or "END PROCESS TREE" Note this will not allow you to access multiplayer in game unless the program is run again. Lord Illicious Posted January 19, 2009 Author Share Posted January 19, 2009 Dude, did you read the post? RGSC.exe which is the Rockstar Games Social Club window does not open but is running.
