Actually, both the Blade and the Feltzer are required of the Import/Export lists. The blade is probably pretty easy to find in San Fierro, as the Rifa gang members often drive that car. The map Dutchy3010 linked to is the location I use most of the time to get the Feltzer. If it isn't there when you go there, just drive some distance away and come back.
