This just goes to prove that both episodes were never properly planned during the making of GTA IV. I mean, other than the fact that they were announced. If Rockstar really planned these episodes properly from the very beginning, these buildings(Lost clubhouse, AoD clubhouse, Hercules etc.) would have appeared more like they do/will in the DLC episodes. My sentiments exactly. Some people wil put it down to them "not wanting to give anything away" but thats bullsh*t. All they knew was that they were making 2 episodes for Xbox 360 and the rest came later. Probably the only thing they planned was the crossover stuff with the 3 stories and who the characters were gonna be.. Then they just decided to wing it on the rest. JOSEPH X Posted September 10, 2009 Author Share Posted September 10, 2009 I think what`s happenned is that R* did enough interiors & exteriors to get IV released in April 08, then left DLC locations to be finished off after the release of IV. There will of course have been changes, but nothing major, and in all probability the whole of IV, TLAD & BOGT was planned at the storyboard stage - including nightclub locations, vehicles, weapons and characters that would be included in the episodes. Why would gay tony set up a nightclub in china town, when he's italian? Even a gay guy has his limits. setting up a club in chinatown would = suicide for tony once the mob found out. Big Boss could be the big Chinese guy in the trailer, and that could be the location of the Big Boss battle, ie. Fight Club. Anyway, I found M9 long ago, but I was looking at the building the other day and noticed a big billboard on the front which contained a big number 9.
