When I put the BD into my PS3 it asked to download new 1.04 patch, so I did that, game loaded and freezed after 3-5 minutes. I reinstalled the god damned thing altogether with my saves and disconnected it from the internet. Right now I can't even go through the intro!!!!! I've got 40GB PS3 for Europe WTF??? When there will be new patch? Do I have to turn off everything to play this game, if so then what and where and if it won't work where can I call to get a refund??? I don't think you should be posting in this section of the forums?? Maybe I am wrong here I'm not an admin but, I think this is soley for PC version in here. Everything worged just fine for me untill now. I had few months brake in playing GTA IV, there was one system update by that time and GTA IV had another patch. Right now I can enjoy up to few minutes of playing and then the game freezes my PS3. If I wanted any of that, I'd have bought myself X360, but it seems Sony and Rockstar made my day getting dozens of Euros from me screwing me over sothat I can't play GTA IV anymore. Right now I wonder why haven't I downloaded cracked version for the PC instead of drowning my money into this cr4p!? I have to do 12 steps to make my 60 EurosGTA IV work on my 400 Euro PS3! It is easier, cheaper and faster to become an alcoholic, attend AA meetings and undertake the 12 steps programme not to be an alcoholic anymore! Right now I have to turn off my screen saver and internet connection to play this game?! I haven't even tried those 12 steps but from what I've read it's not 100% good solution since still many people have problems with it! Is it me or was I screwed!? If someony copies cames he is a crook and gets fined nicely, big companies are ranting how piracy destroys them and the market and then they release game that doesn't work and are safe!? Is it me or is something wrong here!? I got my PS3 and GTA IV just to insert BD disc and start playing, not changing console's settings every freaking time! Plus no multiplayer! Both GTA IV and PS3 were expensive enough to do things right! BTW it seems that the fault is on Rockstar's side. EDIT Oh, yeah. I just copied those 12 steps to make GTA IV work, tomorrow I will print it and stick it next to my TV's screen! It will be hilarious and look great on YouTube!!! EDIT 2 Didn't work for me!
