You can see all the shortcuts on the readme, it's a complete list on three pages, which can be printed.

 

The two combatting peds, don't have a shortcut.

I don't think there's a shortcut to enable and disable special car god mode, that's the mode I use, I love to fly through windshield (don't know why, I think its fun) but when I enable regular car god mode, I can't fly through windshield, so I customized the special car god mode to have total invincible but fly through windshield.

Why when I spawn peds and tell them to attack me they have guns?

i chose unarmed so can you help me with this issue??

Because by default, I equip any ped with a driveby weapon, you can disable this by setting driveby weapon to disabled in the bodyguard menu.

Bit offtopic question sjaak,

 

I was wondering if GTAIV has a limit on the vehicle extra part system? You did experiment with all sort of native functions, so I think you know more from it that I do. I know you did map the functions for the 'vanilla' cars, and we can turn this function off and than the trainer will give us 10 options. It that the GTAIV limit of it that a INI setting?

Actually there is no model existing in IV (or EFLC) that has more then 9 vehicle components, so that's why the trainer has been programmed this way too.

 

The PCJ for instance does have 9 components, and there isn't any vanilla model that has 10. If this is a limit, you would have to ask the modellers, if they are able to stuff more components into a car/bike/chopper, then to raise the number of possible components through scripting is easy smile.gif

I'm also having a crash now with every version. The culprit is WINNET.dll or whatever, seems to be from IE9?

^Your problem is not related to the trainer, it is related to IE9. I had the same problem on my pc, and the only way to get the game back running (regardless of any mods I think), is to restore a previous version of wininet.dll. I already contacted Rockstar about this issue, that happened right after I installed IE9 (which of course is still in beta).

 

You can restore version 8 of wininet.dll (version 9 is the one that is causing the issue, it logs an appcrash for GTAIV.exe and or EFLC.exe in this module), by going to c:\windows\winsxs, and grab wininet.dll dated 30-6-2010, copy this to c:\windows\syswow64 and replace the one already there.

 

Another fix is to deinstall IE9.

 

@E-11. I am assuming your game will run normally with trainer removed, otherwise, check your application log (using eventviewer) right after you've tried to launch the game, and see if it logs an error involving GTAIV.exe.

Here is another method which will keep IE9's newer wininet intact

 

Old wininet dll

 

Goto the box that says free download and grab it

 

Place the old wininit.dll in your GTA4 directory (the same directory as scripthook and your asi's)

 

The game should now start without a crash. Works for me.

Is there a way when spawning barriers, to get cars to go around them instead of crashing into them?

If you want player to see you with Niko in MP... You just have to switch model and put it back....If it's just for that Niko is locked, you could put it again... I mean... This is not the WHORST thing...

i am downloading patch 1.0.7.0 (update 7)

Put dsound.dll into GTAIV directory, launch game as admin if using vista or 7.

Hmm... I have a problem. I used this trainer first time today and i changed to Dimitri skin and i tried to use it for cutscenes, but the game crashed. Is this normal?

100% normal, u must be niko in cutscenes, otherwise the game will crash

Could the crash be fixed in the next trainer version that can use other skins for cutscenes?

There are 20 car save slots, that will save position, color, components, livery, health, dirt level everything except visual damage, as that can't be done easily.

 

It's a submenu off the car options menu, where you can also load the cars again.

It's or will all save to .in file ?;x

 

 

where do i get dsound?

That's going to be mighty hard, as how would the trainer now which objects you want selected, I don't think I will add that.

You have to ask Rockstar, they need to re-do all the cutscenes, and re-record them with all >340 models ! Not going to happen of course !

 

if you do missions, be niko, or crash.

Nah, not going to waste CPU cycles on that, it will not work anyway, as before the code kicks in the game probably would have crashed anyway. Besides, that wasn't the question, the guy wanted to play using other models, this will merely change the model back to player.

Well, my first thought with the trainer was that if i could use Dimitri -skin for the cutscenes as the main player. Before this i had been thinking that if it was possible to change the player skin (Nico) to Dimitri skin with changing their filenames together. It used to work with Mafia 1 -game, but truly i don't know how are the model files in gta iv though. It's just a theory. Could it work?
