I got this strange bug, in TLAD, I always got 6 police stars, because, like in GTAIV, you were at first only allowed to the 1st island, and when you go to an other one, you get cops, that's exactly what I now got!

 

Any ideas?

 

PS, it's not in tbogt.

To all the people who have a failed to detect game version, you might want to post in the scripthook thread, this is a scripthook problem, nothing I can do anything about.

 

Make sure you are fully patched up 1.0.6.0 and 1.1.1.0, if you happen to run an older patch, try older scripthook.dll.

 

@Bose321, you didn't enable the fixed wanted level in TLAD right ? Check the options page, set/freeze wanted level, and check it's not enabled, if that's not the case, I wouldn't know what else can cause this.

First thing, my ver was 1.1.0.0, that was the main reason why it didn't work.

Second thing, I think something went wrong during the installation process, because I couldn't update to ver 1.1.1.0 so I deleted the game, cleaned the registry and now reinstalling the game.

To all the people that are having problems, the asilog.txt and scripthook.log are the files that might give insight in the problem.

 

For people that are using a version of GTAIV that is not patched up to 1.0.6.0 (like 1.0.0.4 or 1.0.4.0) try to use an older version of scripthook.dll.

 

@jortaman, I did look into the interiors, but I haven't figured out how to make them permanent, they don't have collision in any case.

Tried an older version of scripthook, didn´t work.

There is nothing to fix for lower car, I cannot make the noise disappear. If you are talking about the force, you can change the force in-game. Regarding glasses, they spawn allright for me, or is there a specific model where you can't spawn any glasses ? If so, it probably means that model doesn't have any, as they are mapped to vanilla models.

 

Next version will give you the ability to undo this mapping (if you by any chance have some mods that add glasses or hats to the character.

 

Other changes that are in that version :

 

Changes from version 5.6:

-disabled usage of phone sleep mode in MP, not only doesn't it do anything, but it leads to a crash on TBOGT MP only,

the same applies to internet, running this script in TBOGT MP leads to a crash, so in MP TBOGT it is disabled.

-prevented usage of save game (using tab) when on a mission. (tab is used to display gang status).

-added roman's sorrow reverse back to EFLC (textures only).

-added some missed car components.

-added three additional car colors for TBOGT.

-added CS (cutscene) models to all three trainers, you can also use CS models as bodyguards, be aware that they are not normal models,

and the fact that they look weird, cannot be fixed.

-added scrolltimeMP in all three ini files, if menu scrolling in MP is much faster then in SP you can set this value higher.

-Weapon pickup can only be used in MP, disabled usage of this in SP.

-added ability to disable trainer mapped hats, glases and wrist items, by setting Modelhats=0 in the ini files.

-changed kill enemy ped function in tlad to work for gang wars.

-ability to pick up cars using the magnet on the skylift, M+num8

Nothing significant to be added to this trainer anymore.

I have a request which I hope is possible I was wondering if it is possible to be able to change songs on the independent radio when using the "mobile" radio like it is in cars.

 

I am also wondering if it's possible to use tlad weapons in tbogt and visa versa...

Yes N works for mobile radio as well, previous song however doesn't.

Got another thing that could be fixed - the accessories for m_y_multiplayer in trainer aren't mapped properly - the blue cap has other textures and black hat has them too - anyway, I hope that you will do that thing with accessories I was posting some time ago smile.gif

 

@Rich246 - it is possible, but not using only trainer - you need to modify a lot of files and then write a custom script to spawn them.

Thanks for the quick response, which button would I use on my xbox 360 controller?.. The buttons I use in cars does not work.. I use the left and right dpad.

@Rich246 - it is possible, but not using only trainer - you need to modify a lot of files and then write a custom script to spawn them.

I don't support textures for hats, And as far as I know, there isn't any texture support for hats. Again these are not clothes but properties.

 

If you are talking about other clothes, I cannot fix it, I just get what's available from the game itself smile.gif

 

 

I already did the change, so you can select up to 9 hats without mapping. Also the only things that are indeed mapped are hats and glasses, the rest again is simply gettting the amount of clothes and textures from the game directly. These native commands I rely upon, and I have no reason to believe they are wrong. If they are on TBOGT, too bad, I am not about to spend a sh*t load of my time to do the mapping myself !

Special Car God Mode dont working too good .

When i wanna disabled Visual damage on cars , then enabled this special for this its not working, im still getting visual damage . But when i turn n total god mode it`s working

Exatly as it is supposed to be working, no visual damage only includes major visual damage, scratches and bullet holes are not covered, and that has been the case for a damm long time. I keep repeating myself..

Sjaak please can you add ability to add custom clothes ?? i mean to spawn glasses etc. ? cause i addesd glasses to pedprops and cant get them work ( ver. 5.6 of trainer )

sjaak as long as you are a god mod maker i want you to add these to your next trainer version if there will be one:

1- to be able to wear sun glasses in TBOGT

2- to be able to pass "party's over mission" with decrypted files

1) you need to add these yourself of course, but I keep repeating myself, on the last two pages I have said at least three times, that in the next version you can use up to 9 glasses or hats, (as long as they are of course existing).

 

2) I have yet to play this mission, and see if indeed I cannot pass it with decrypted files, if I can somehow equip tony with godmode I will certainly try to do so (if indeed it is due to decrypted files).

 

@arthurc, yes as stated three times on the last two pages, next version.

It does for me, but I am betting you disabled the K key ?

 

For this to work you cannot unbind this:

 

SaveCarKey1=75 // Save, Warp, Remove Car windows Default K

 

So you need to make sure that this key has a valid value, K=75

 

Also

 

NumPad9=105 // Redefine Numpad 9

 

cannot be zero.

OMG yes! That's gonna be my problem, because I zeroed out almost every parameter. Thanks a lot man, I'll try it out.

I can read the scripts, but I am not sure if it's worth adding it. I was able to participate in a race, and I don't really see the big deal here. All it does is motion blur (already in), speedup (already in ) and some stuff at the exhaust of the car (this is kind of new). But then that exhaust stuff only works with a few cars !.

 

C06alt made a NOS script which I'm sure is better then the nitro that came with the game.

I will look into both of these things, but no promising that I can make them work.

It's off, when I enable it, I can only select 1-6 stars. So I have to force-disable cops, but I still have the bridges blocked... suicidal.gif

 

I need to get TLAD working, I have to write a review for a dutch PC gaming site.
