[IV|REL] Simple Trainer for GTAIV

Is this a known issue?:

 

I'm building a ramp from Airport over Algonquin to Alderney. Until 60 spawned objects, it works fine, after 60 objects (or about this number, not sure) the objects only show up for me. Any object after the 60th is only visible for me, not for other players. Is that an antispam lock? Is it possible to disable that? Or is it a bug? I've got about 330 objects in use, and I'm only in Algonquin at the moment. So it'll take a lot more.

There is a limit in MP regarding the number of objects that are synced, I"m afraid there is nothing I can do about it.

amazing, I had the same thing until I installed that update for c++. I got it by running windows update, but you need to set it to receive updates for other microsoft products.

Updated, still doesn't work.

Well guys, it works for me, and there is nothing I can think off next, it is working allright on both my machines, running Vista and Windows 7 X64 Ultimate.

Episodic weapons can be used to add weapons (and even weapon models) or change existing weapons and have them spawn as episodic, the main file where you would add them is weaponsinfo.xml.

Thanks for your assistance. So adding cars should be the same as making new handling line and add new model?

 

Also, the special godmode isnt very good. 500 is not enough health to keep you alive when you shoot a rocket between your feet. And as i can see, putting the health over 500 makes melee weapons bug. So i guess you could make an option to trainer.ini for changing how much health special godmode adds on your character and how much health you need to lose to heal up.

That was some kind of bug, it's strange that it happened, and I have added an additional check so that it won't happen in the future.

 

I might look into how that was working later, but as far as I have tried, I was never able to get higher then 288 or so on a normal vehicle.

Guys this will be must-have for TBOGT, as it seems Rockf*cks for some reason let the TLAD weapons to exist in TBOGT but the only way to get them is to kill bikers....thank god it will be possible to spawn weapons with this great trainer biggrin.gif

I remember a long time ago, I died with special god mode by using RCTRL+Z Add Explosion Around Player. I haven't tried it recently. Explosion needs to happen at the right time or when player frozen (maybe during or right after a transition scene). Just a possibility.

 

Could you add a suicide function that overrides god mode. Perhaps edit player health.

Could you have the driver spawn in the vehicle so I don't have to unlock my doors.

By the way, did you add a car health display?

 

EDIT

Were you going to add the following functions:

- Add force to car

- Gravity on/off for player only

- Time scale for player only

- Stats Editor

- Display Move Object Attributs in Game (information saved in trainer.ini)

EDIT

- IMO, Helicopters don't need hydraulics. Is there a reason for the hydraulics to be disabled when the menu is up?

Awesome trainer.

 

Only having 1 problem so far. I'd like to be able to disable random attacking driver. They are annoying me. I've looked through the .ini and searched this thread using the search function but cant find anything that stands out.

 

Is it possible to disable random attacking drivers? I know you can have them spawn with no weapons, but I dont want them spawning at all.

 

Sorry if this is something obvious that I have missed, but I've been looking and looking and looking and cant find a possible solution.

 

Thanks in advance, and also thanks for this trainer. The attention to detail in this thing is unbelievable.

You open the trainer.ini in notepad and change:

SpawnDriverKey=68	// Spawn Driver Default D

to

SpawnDriverKey=0	// Spawn Driver Default D

Sorry about my post, i posted it before i noticed that i have a modified explosionfx.

 

But i still have two suggestions for the trainer:

1. A feature that you could spawn an active grenade under the player by pressing a hotkey or selecting from the menu.

2. A feature that would allow you to spawn weapons on ground, so you could give other players some weapons.

There are two things here, disable all keys will indeed disable all the keys (except the menu keys). If you set this in-game, and save settings, it will be written back to trainer.ini.

 

I figure you want to still use some keys, in that case, the only way is to set the ones you don't want to 0, and the chance this is changed are exactly zero smile.gif It's a few minutes to set them to zero and then change/enable the ones you do want to use.

Yes of course, the keys for hydraulics and the menu are shared, so that's why hydraulics will be automatically disabled whenever you bring up the menu.

I was playing just now before I checked back in here and an attack driver and passenger spawned in the kitchen in my safe house!!!!! (playboys old crib).

 

It was hilarious, but it nearly gave me a heart attack!!!! biggrin.gif

No it won't smile.gif

 

It will automatically set the keys to disabled at startup, (the keysdisabled setting) it doesn't change the original keybindings.

That would be a bit overkill.

Anyway is there any chance so you can separate the police sirens? Something like using the airhorn while the siren is on would be awesome. I hate that I always have to disable the siren, then press horn for a long time, then enable the siren again. Same goes for "pier" and "yelp" siren modes, other keys would be awesome. I'd be really happy if something could be done.

No, I just said that if you disable the keys ingame, and then press save settings, it will make sure that the keys are disabled the next time you start the game, this is not done by setting all the values to 0 (which would be bad if you want to have the keys enabled again), but by setting keysdisabled setting to 1.

 

Not sure about the sirens to be honest, I might have a look at that.

Changes from version 5.2:

-Added missing car component.

-Added car/bike in air check for cruise control.

-Changed display info, as it was displaying no vehicle when you re-entered a vehicle.

-Changed subway simulator to have three carriages instead of two, added interior camera 3.

-Shortcut for Add force to player (M+8).

-Lock camera (when in vehicle), via car menu or M+9.

-New Mission Select menu in the mission help menu, where you can start all available story line missions, also all cutscenes can be viewed (without having to start a mission).

It also includes the friends missions. MP usage is disabled.(You need to be Niko to prevent a crash, but Niko in MP is bad news). Thanks to LMS for helping me on this.

Locking the camera is a good addition, thanks colgate.gif . Is it possible to select the exact camera position you want with the mouse etc, and lock it there? Some of the default camera positions are too low for some of the cars and you can't see anything in front cryani.gif Looking forward to the 5.3 update!! smile.gifbiggrin.gif

Finally I don't have to archive all the save files.

 

When is the release date?

 

Also did you fix that while pressing R on foot (to reload weapon) there is a message "Not in Car"? I'd like it hidden, especially when I have "disable all in-game messages" on.
