[IV|REL] Simple Trainer for GTAIV

sjaak237, I set SkipBombAnim=1 in the trainer but the animation still takes place when I press CTRL+B when in a car. Is there something else I have to do besides change that option?

which part  of trainer.ini do i put Episodic=1? and the DLC=1

Defaults section, they are already there, but the values are set to 0, so change the 0 to 1.

I can't find the 0 part. I only found on enable=0 on added cars but I didn"t found Episodic=0 or DLC=0 at all so where should I put episodic=1 and DLC=1?

this is what my trainer.ini look like on the DLC and weapon part,

Sorry, indeed if you're in the car there's no change whatsoever, I figured it was meant to be on foot. So indeed if you're in a car, the skipbombanim doesn't work, only on foot, when you''re targetting other cars, it will skip the bomb anim stuff.

 

@yohsukenakano, no you need to look in the defaults section of trainer.ini:

 

////DEFAULTS SECTION////

 

[Defaults]

 

somewhere down the defaults section:

 

 

DLC=0 //Enable DLc Bikes (separate mod needed)

 

and further down:

 

Episodic=0 //Spawn Episodic Weapons

Sorry, indeed if you're in the car there's no change whatsoever, I figured it was meant to be on foot. So indeed if you're in a car, the skipbombanim doesn't work, only on foot, when you''re targetting other cars, it will skip the bomb anim stuff.

Ahhhhhh I see! That's cool, I didn't think of trying it from outside of the car haha.

Sorry, I've tuned out of the game for a long time so I'm clueless. What does the "special god" mode do exactly?

It gives you infinite health while also allowing you to be affected by physics/explosions (i.e., allowing you to be blown through the air and things of that nature). I think it also allows you to fall off your bike as well as other little things along the same lines.

 

I prefer special God Mode for those reasons! biggrin.gif

V4.8 no have it sad.gif

No bug it's expected behaviour smile.gif

 

I added a delay of 1.5 seconds for each clone object, as it was actually cloning more objects than was requested, this delay prevents that.

 

 

 

All of you indeed a happy xmas and new year smile.gif

I accidently changed my model and saved and now my game doesn't load. Is there anyway of fixing this?

Yes, identify the save that causes this and remove that from the savefiles directory.

As far as I know, yes. It can't be recovered.

 

Btw, isn't that possible to trainer change player's model back to Niko automatically right before saving, so avoiding it?

That would be easy to do IF you used the trainer save function, it might also be feasible for the game supplied function, but there is a timing issue, if you press enter to quickly, the model might not have been loaded.

It is safe to say that if you use xliveless as asiloader, that you don't need filecheckfix, as that is meant to enter MP, with xliveless you cannot enter MP at all.

 

Also you need scripthook.dll in the GTAIV directory, launch the game as administrator if running Vista or Win7.

You need to be administrator in Windows.

 

First you need latest GTA4 patch of course 1.0.0.4

Files you need (Put in GTA4 main folder):

 

dsound.dll

filecheckfix.asi

scripthook.dll

trainer.asi

trainer.ini

 

Then ingame with F3 or F4 it should work fine

Yes that should be possible, it would work like, what's the model, get the number of speeches supported by that model, and then randomize based upon the number of speeches supported, and say the speech associated with that randomized number.

 

Pretty easy to do, will consider it for the next version (which could take a while, as I am not working on adding features to the trainer currently).

I know you're not going to update for a while sjaak, and you have every right. First you do this on your own time, second you've done a lot with this trainer.

But I wanted to share my ideas, in case you wonder if anything is not possible tounge.gif

I was thinking things over about adding parts to my car. When attaching objects to a character you can select parts of a character like head, back, right arm, left hip etc. perhaps there is a way to add objects to specific parts of a car or bike?

For example: Wheels, hoods, doors, trunks etc. You can open/close certain doors and such, so shouldn't this idea be possible?

hey nice trainer are it any way to make a save car option when you have set car at blip you can parking it and leave it and save the game and when you turn the game on again the car is still there when i leave it like the object save function but for cars =)

 

and 2 are it any way to make all traffic light green like in SA i now it hardcoded but i think you can unlock it XD

^ There is such a function, you can save a car, and load it at exact same position, color , health, components and a few other attributes, it's on the car options menu, the only thing is you have to load it manually.

 

Traffic lights stuff is in the exe most likely, I only do commands that are in the scripting engine.

 

I did add the random speech shortcut and I added a total car god mode option to the special car god mode, with that enabled the car is completely invulnerable (including scratch damage). These two options will be in the next trainer version (whenever that's going to be, I hope to be able to release that together with TLAD smile.gif )
