It has to look like bullet holes, not artillery shells. Also the idea is that it is like a flag, so if you could make the tears, look like it was the fabric that was ripped, it would be ace. Let me reiterate, I mean the bullet holes, the small ones, need to be on the outside, but the ones on the outside need to be the same size as the ones inside of the circle.
