Mav.
Thanks for all the effort Paps. This section of the forum is pretty much the only reason I visit the site. Good to see Daniel Craig get some recognition aswell.
Blackadder.
Woo, go Robert Downey Jr. Even if the margin between him and Heath Ledger is substantially greater than that of him and Daniel Craig. Fairly pleased with these results.
papanesta
Yeah, I was well chuffed Iron Man got two second places. I wonder if there will be a massive stand out film this year...
Mike Tequeli
Whenever I think about how crap movies have gotten these days, it always makes me feel better that there will be a couple films this year that will blow me away. The results were as I expected, I'm happy In Bruges tied for third.
Andyzoot
I wonder if there will be a massive stand out film this year... Judging from the topics that are here at the moment, Watchmen will be one of the big ones along with Wolverine. Inglorious Basterds will be another big one as will Public Enemies simply for the hard on that some members get over Christian Bale...and speaking of Bale there is Terminator Salvation... papanesta
Yeah, some good choices there. My major erection prospects are; Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Star Trek and Sherlock Holmes. And that's just after a flick through Empire. All seem like blockbusters, I'm looking forward to the ones that sneak up on you. Also, annoying that films like Let The Right One In aren't even out here yet. JoeyLeone25
You can guarantee the festival circuit will throw out some gems as well. So far I'm looking forward to 500 Days Of Summer, Black Dynamite and The Killing Room from Sundance and it's only January! Good work, by the way Paps. Slumdog and The Wrestler were way better films than The Dark Knight though voters... Anomalous Material.com <--> AMF Multiplayer Topic Join Quidco and get Cashback for buying things online! Like In Bruges If the next Pixar film is anything like Wall-E then we should have another hit right there and I'm still interested in Avatar...even if I don't know anything about it
Don Garcia aka NjNakedSnake
I'm still interested in Avatar...even if I don't know anything about it Boy, that is a wierd ass story. Last time I checked, I read: 1. James Cameron 2. CGI? 3. A marine in space 4. Who befriends native aliens on a planet, and helps them stop a sinister threat... Some crazy sh*t like that. flicko
Awesome! Nice to see Wall.E get some recognition. Shame about Cloverfield, though.
papanesta
Slumdog and The Wrestler were way better films than The Dark Knight though voters... Unfortunately they were both out in '09 here. I'm sure a lot more Brit votes would have been swayed had they been out at the start of December. And thanks guys. Yes but also there is supposedly going to be some kind of state of the art technology involved which may revolutionise cinema forever. It's supposed to be the first true 3D film too but I think that 'Monsters and Aliens' might beat them to it...plus didn't Bolt have some kind of 3D features in it? outcest
ellen page looks f*ckin foxy in that first pic there. other than that...a slap on the back for pap, and a quizzical cock of the head for voters.
WidowMaker
as will Public Enemies simply for the hard on that some members get over Christian Bale. I don't know man. Michael Mann, Crime drama, Johnny Depp AND Christian Bale. That's beyond hard on. That's full on JIZZ IN MY PANTS material. I detest Juno. Apart from that. Good. tuff_luv_capo
I think the new Star Trek movie is going to kick ass. I hate Star Trek, but JJ Abrams knows what he's doing, and a "realistic beginning" type of story perks my interest just the same.
Otter
"realistic beginning"? Have you seen the trailers? It looks like hardcore science fantasy. I can't wait for it, but I'm not going in looking for Batman Begins. Nawmean?
