GTA4 Multiplayer LAN problems

Just bought the game for $50 and spent a whole day trying to get two computers to play quickmatch GTA4 multplayer LAN.

 

Both computers run VISTA32 and when the game starts both are in the lobby but cant see each other.

 

I checked the wireless router ports

I checked the mcaffee allowed applications, they are all ok.

I checked the windows vista rubbish LAN network settings and disabled IV6 like some say to do.

So I have yet another wasted day and money on this freakin computer.

 

I can play other LAN network games on these computers - although not all since I upgraded to Vista32.

I paid good money and it doesnt allow me to do what I could with XP. How dumb is that?

 

OK if its not too much trouble I paid for GTA4 so can someone preferably from Rockstar games make their product work.

try playing online. also this not official fourm. your not going to get help from them there.
