Its the train bridge that goes from SF to over to Tierra Robada.

Yes, but not always. You see the two ones in Las Venturas and the one on Kincaid Bridge are always available. But the one in Area 69 is only available in "Black Project" and the one in Tierra Robada is only available after "Vertical Bird".

The minigun inside Area 69 is always available, and it can be obtained without cheats after ‘Black Project’ has been passed.

Actually it is there from the beginning and can be obtained without cheats. You'll have to get wasted or busted to get it out of there though (using the GF benefit to keep it).

 

Technically you can't do what I do in the video before you pass "Green Goo" (Jetpack spawns at airstrip).

The Jetpack inside the area does however spawn right after "Black Project".

There is no minigun cheat as such, but if you go to the train track bridge that runs parallel to the mock Golden Gate bridge, it's on the concrete structure closest to San Fierro.

Then just tap in the jet pack cheat and it's yours.

Take a look at this map. The one in LV (top right section of the map) is the easiest to get. It's located in an underground parking lot.

Acutally, all heavy weapons spawn at Toreno's ranch after the mission 'Vertical Bird'.

In Torenos house after completing vertical bird. Other locations i dont know.

Neither of the Las Venturas Miniguns require a jetpack... are you referring to the one in San Fierro? That one can be gotten by jetpack or helicopter (or parachute or any other creative way getting up there.)

You can find one in a tower inside area 69 (LOL what a number to give) while doing the mission "Black project," It's right beside the armor.

1. In a carpark in Roca Escalante. The one that has a fence around it. It is by a elevator on the bottom floor.

 

2. On top of a building in Rockshore East. The construction site. Can climb up.

 

3. On a cross way on the Kincaid Bridge. You will need a helicopter or a jetpack to access it.

From the beginning of the game the Minigun spawns in four locations, the two that are located in Las Venturas are very easy to obtain from the very beginning of the game.

The one inside Area 69 and the one on the Kincaid Bridge are inaccessible by any conventional means (at the beginning of the game), but they are both there all the time.

After the mission Vertical Bird there's a 5th spawn location inside Mike Toreno's Ranch.

it spawns on top of the wooden building site thing in south-east LV. i dont think anyone mentioned this.

No, the one in the building site in SE LV.

I didn't realise you could climb up to it. I always use a jet pack
