Flesh-n-Bone Posted January 17, 2009 Share Posted January 17, 2009 4 times. 2 using cheats and twice without. I have got 100% twice, once with cheats and once without any. On the second playthrough I did the majority without a map because I knew the majority of the stuff around the city by heart (well kind of).
