zmoonchild Posted January 17, 2009 Share Posted January 17, 2009 I finally got the Rolled Over PC Achievement (after several tries), but a weird thing happened: I clearly rolled the car 5-times, but I didn’t get the Achievement, so I immediately tried again… on my next attempt I only rolled the car once, but the game gave me the Achievement… this 2nd attempt was done within 20 seconds or so of the 1st attempt. I’m thinking that maybe there was some sort of delay in the game that caused the Achievement not to be registered when I actually rolled the car 5 times. Also, during the 1st attempt (when I did actually roll the car 5 times), I got a thumbs-down popup that showed my progress with Roman. It popped up on the screen at the same time that the Achievement should have popped up… I was wondering if that may have delayed the Achievement from popping up when it should have, or maybe I had briefly lost internet connection with the Games for Windows application. GTA Phreak Posted January 17, 2009 Share Posted January 17, 2009 That achievement is buggered on XBox as well. Rolling the car 5 times sideways (mostly on ground) didn't unlock it. Doing 5 flips in the air (off the swingset) didn't unlock it. When I finally did get it, it was from something utterly unspectacular. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

buzbegone Posted January 18, 2009 Share Posted January 18, 2009 You guys are lucky I did the impossiblest of the impossible The gas station as Hove Beach I accidentally came into contact with and I skyrocketed into the air, of course this was in slow-mo and took about 1 1/2 minutes till I re-spawned at the hospital Got the achievement in mid-air, landed on the boardwalk near the beach Don't try this at home kids (Or gas stations) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
