GTA4 water problem!

Hey everyone!

I have a big problem. I have gta4 its running fine on max graphs ect...

But, whenever i go/fall/jump/pushed into water my computer goes to sleep mode and only the reset button helps!

If anyone know whats the problem, pls reply!

 

Config:

OS: Windows Vista Home Basic 32bit SP1

RAM: 2GB

GPU: Ati Radeon HD 3850 1276MB

CPU: Intel® Core 2 Duo 2.33GHz (2 CPUs) ~2.3GHz
