infected_
I have a C2Q Q6600 @ 3.6ghz, 2x2gb ddr2 @ 1066, hd4870 512mb @ 790/1100 and a 22" tft @ 1680x1050... and vista x64 sp1. Which settings do you guys recommend for optimal playing with no texture probs? Playing at 1680x1050? Im using -norestrictions and -nomemrestrict. thanks. logitechdog
Really don't see the point of a x64bit system for gaming, unless companys bother to make a 64bit application, maybe you should partition your hdd and add vista 32bit... if they 32bit apps then they really is no gain from using a 64bit op, unless your using software that runs in 64bit... mind you might need winxp to partition your hdd or disable tones of stuff just to get vista to partition, if you don't know that vista got a built in one, its start > right click computer > manage > disk manage.... you might as well search online on how to get it to partition more than it gives... logitechdog
yes I do know that but depending on your hardware it’s not really 3gs for a 32bit system... it can be up to 3.5g and the point is if it is developed for a 32bit os then it is going to use the limits of a 32bit system.. just saying this probably will help with missing textures...
