So, as the host of the game, I look for the kick command and find out I, THE HOST, can only initiate a vote-kick....wtf? I really hope I am missing something here because crippling the host of a game like that is pathetic. So is there some hidden kick/ban command somewhere in that cellphone, or perhaps some mod that lets the host take on the role of...oh and i don't know...THE HOST? EDIT: Yes this is the PC version but I imagine R* didn't remove any pre-existing admin content when porting it over form the 360 xD. At least I found I had the " Let Sleeping Rockstars Lie - Kill a Rockstar developer in a ranked multiplayer match" achievement. I have never run into another game where the host didn't have that power. In the past, the burden of hosting has been placed entirely on the "host" and that is why he has had the power to deny users the privilege of using his resources. That makes a lot of sense to me. I'm not going to let some idiot stay in my server, using my resources, if I don't want him to. Plain and simple, end of discussion. That's the mindset i have gotten used to since I first loaded up a multiplayer game. I have minimal experience with multiplayer on consoles, but since the PC version of GTA IV has an undeniably-heavy console influence, I can only expect that it extends to multiplayer. Is this the way multiplayer is typically set up for console games, with a lack of admin control? I don't even think the term "admin" or "administrator" is used officially when it comes to GTA IV. The "host" is referred to as the "leader", but that's another story. If so, it might work for consoles, but with everything PC games offer it seems entirely inadequate. The host should have to option to kick those that do not play according to the host's rules. If you dont like it go find a different game where someone will tolerate your juvenile a55.
