It allows you to look up peoples criminal records so I looked up Bulgarin Ray. Under my story completed game he is labeled deceased. This site also tells you peoples real names like playboy X (trey stewart) go see for your self you will not be disappointed. Always checkout your e mail . P.S sorry if this is old news. It is rumored if you check the police database before the story completion(or even before you meet bulgarin at russian revolution and diamond's a girl's best friend, he will be labelled deceased.) Just click on the word database on the LCPD website at any point in the game. Even when you first arrive in LC! If you do, you`ll see that Bulgarin is alive at the begining of the game and he`s dead at the end of the game. whether that`s because he`s faked his death, I don`t know but there are hundreds of posts on this site that refer to the LCPD website. Instead of going to Roman's Apartment in the first mission, I drove straight to the [email protected] Cafe. I checked out Bulgarin's status on the database, and it has no mention of him being deceased. Can anybody verify at what point in the game he "dies"? I have a theory on this, if you choose revenge and kill Rascalov in the container ship, he may still show up as alive due to the ship (I think) being abandoned If you choose deal then kill him on Happiness Island, he might show up as dead because of Weazel News reporting on "the dead body on Happiness Island that has been identified as that of Dimitri Rascalov" This probably isn't right but we'll see Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
junkpile Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 there are a few mistakes in the database. bulgarin is already labeled as "deceased" before you meet him for the last time in the game. same with jon gravelli. i found some other examples as well. one is playboy X - i killed him and neither he is missing nor deceased.
