OysterBarron Posted January 16, 2009 Share Posted January 16, 2009 and still people are buying only half a product, why not get a 360 and get the full GTA experience with DLC as well, you just know your going to buy this ps3 at the end of the month, then in feb when the DLC will come out you will want it then come back here and start moaning that you cant Get the DLC because you got a PS3, i personally had a go on my First PS3 the other week and was very dissapointed with the Graphics on certain games LBP is fun and fresh looking, but playing Midnight club LA on Ps3 absolutly sucked seriously reminded me of ps2 graphics compared to 360 and it was running at 1080 via HDMI so not that overly immpressed with it exspecially for the price. do us and yourself a favor get a 360. Shut up, fanboy. As much as it may confuse you not everybody wants a 360. I was coming in here to say: in before "get a 360" Is it me or are half the damn 360 owners marketers for Microsoft? Let their ads do the advertising dude, your opinion wasn't asked for here. And OP, do the story line as tempting as it is to play MP. Plus, you'll probably need to get used to the combat and aiming controls. There are some real pros online now, you should at least practice on the cops first i was simply making a point about 360 if your a true GTA fan and love the story and the multiplayer like the OP said then he will want to get a 360 instead more multiplayer modes more story more content. i am an MS sales man now because i have seen what sony offer and am disgusted with the quality of graphics on there platform. compared to a more cheaper platform. glad i made the right decision this GEN but i for one cant make up peoples minds they make there own choice, being that this member hasnt been on here for a while he may well have been unaware of the DLC being exclusive to MS and brought a ps3 instead still exspecting it to get released on PS3, hence i brought up about the DLC on the 360 that might be enough to sway him to buy a 360, but like i said its upto him/her. With Xbox 360 you can play GTAIV, the first DLC GTA: The Lost and Damned and a third, unnamed DLC. This doesn't need to be a fanboy thread, that's just a fact. Xbox 360 has more GTA than PS3. Why do you xBox360 fanboy always try to confess PS3 console buyers, or potential console buyers? Maybe its to share the pain of buying the second best console there is for what you thought that was the cheapest. But after a year and 3, with costs for HDD, WiFi adapter, Xbox live(lol), controller batteries you feel deceived and become anger to Sony. Sounds a little bit like the whole hell story. The pros outweigh the cons DLC okay your gona get an xbox an dpay for online and deal with unreliability of Xbox for a DLC thats proberbly gona be insuffecient to warrant getting a console for. Anyway, GTA 4 is not like the other GTA's, it works harder at being a realism incorporated game, which I and many other people dislike, but many people think this is the best game. I wasn't rolling my eyes at your argument, I was rolling my eyes at your inability to post a relevant opinion to the topic. Twice now, you've mentioned Xbox 360's exclusive DLC, and you're clearly trying to dissuade the OP from buying a Playstation 3. He not once asked us for opinions on what platform he should by the game on, he's a member from '04, so you can probably assume he's been keeping up with the GTA news and is fairly knowledgeable on MS's DLC, yet you constantly remind us all about it as if you're trying to make a sale yourself. Why don't you keep your opinions on the PS3 in TLAD section, (you seem to express it enough there as it is) without coming in here to start console wars?
