MWC
well not really youd have to really make an effort to get expeled, the thing about it is that the whole education system is complete sh*t so something for starting a Fight that ended up with getting the police involved you may not get expelled, but you may get expelled for the slightest offence like smoking, but usually nobody gets expelled unless he really gets himself in really deep sh*t, the thing is theres strict written rules for example you get an 2 for seariously dissrespecting proffesors and staff, more than 30 skipped classes and so but if you for example already have your grade lowered to 2 you can diss proffesors and do other things that would normaly get your grade lowered to 2 with no conequences because you are already have 2, and the only way to get it even lower if you do a more serious offence that should normally get your grade 1, so basicaly unless you fight, smoke pot, or do some serious sh*t you can do anything with basicly no consequnces, and the best thing there is no such thing as detention or anything simular
flicko
The only detention which comes to mind is when I threw an eraser at the headmistresses head. The bastard didn't work, so I threw it out the classroom door. Then the headmistress came in with it lodged in her hair. Good times. There was this one lad who had to serve detention for a whole school year for sh*tting behind a photo booth in the Co-op supermarket. Stupid twat got exposed to the whole school when the police came and ordered everybody to go in the hall until the culprit was found out. Even better times. trip
i am long out of school but i was the master of detention. i used to get almost 1 a day for being late to my first class*. one day i argueed it and stacked up 3 in under 1 minute. the next day as he was handing out my daily dention for being late i just silently tilted my head - that got me another stack of 3. *i went to an open campus highschool and my first class was at 6:55am that year no problems with serving the detentions. we had saturday detention(optional) and me and my frinds would just get ripping drunk on fridays and just sleep off our hangovers and detentions saturday morn at school. our saturday detentions were not like 'the breakfast club' we could actually bring pillows My crappy games at MyCrappyGames.com Free copy of Save The Puppies and Kittens

GTASIX
I was always in detention in the last 2 years of high school. Literally every night. One in lower years of high school we just sat there laughing for like 20 mins, it was funny as owt. I didnt get them for stupid things, just bad behavior and not doing work. Seachmall
I thank god every day that here in europe we dont have the same detention system as in the states, here you get graded for your behavior accoringly from 1 to 5 (5 being the best) We don't have that system, must just be some countries. 3,2 for getting drunk on the school excursion (and when i say drunk i mean smashed)On a school trip to the play MacBeth me and a few friends got hammered on the back of the bus and slept through the first half of the play. At the intermission we got stoned and slept through the second half. We didn't get caught be a couple of guys who snook off to McDonalds during the intermission got suspended for 3 days . stretch.
I got a detention for playing a piano too loud. I was in the f*cking music department! So I played the drumkit instead. That was year 8, I'm now year 13 and not another detention since, I get on well with all the staff members so I get away with murder.
TheSamurai Hobo
I got suspended for calling a black girl an idiot. She said I called her a ni**er. Even though I said it to a friend and he vouched, I still got suspended I'd like to point out I didn't even know what it meant when I was 10 years old.. Vanillainy
Our school never really bothered with detentions because no one would ever turn up, we had "Isolation" where you were put in a room with these booth things and you just sat there in silence and had to do work all day. It sucked ass. Although I did nearly get kicked out for spraying a teacher with Coke.

Worst thing I have had in the 1st grade when I was with some friends in the local park while they were smoking. I wasn't smoking tho' but I was still in trouble. Some long hearings, lectures happened.
Ludo
Had a class detention once, cause some guy threw an egg at some retard, then the teacher came in and demanded to know who threw the egg, nobody said a thing. Got suspended though...for fighting...actually defending myself, while also losing the plot and aparently pushed a teacher out of the way when she got in the middle of it. We both got suspended cause he told the principal that I was calling him names...f*cking ginger bastard with no c*nting eyebrows, never said sh*t about him. Just some other guys wanted to see me fight, so they started saying sh*t to him.
Eddie280
Oh man detention. We had these things in my secondary school called saturday Detentions where if you got a certain amount of mis-conducts for bad behavoir, I think 3, then you had to go to school on saturday morning at 8am to copy out something that was then torn up infront of your face as you left. It was rather demoralising. Anyway, I'm still 5th on the leaderboard at my old school for most Saturday detentions in one year. I was at school for every saturday in year 9 apart from two. I'm only being beaten by a couple of people who had more detentions booked than there were Saturdays in the year.
K^2
The only things I've gotten detentions for in high school is consistently not turning in homeworks. The kinds of things I'd get into real trouble for I never got caught doing. One time I and a couple of friends broke into computer lab (I had to open two locked doors), took out one of the computers that was sitting there without use, and installed it in the adjacent classroom. One of my friends then replaced the note explaining why the lab was closed with an excerpt from Jabberwocky, signing it Lewis Carrol. I don't think anybody had any doubts about who have done this, but we didn't get into any trouble over it. Prior to filing a bug against any of my code, please consider this response to common concerns.
Quick Stop
I was one of the bart simpsons in my days at school, i made the best of the time i had there and to be honest i couldnt give a sh*te about f*cking my gcse's up, i enjoyed every day at school just being with my mates having a laugh and if i could turn back time id do it again and again. My point being i had sh*tloads of detentions for doing various things from smallish silly reasons to actually detention worthy things. The dumbest detention i got was probably like talking in class, but the more serious ones like when i had two fights in two days and got a weeks detention and a suspension, i also threw a bottle on the school field which accidently hit a boy in the face and cut his eyebrow right open. Hart
Detentions werent so bad, it was the isolations. Sitting in a f*cking room doing jack sh*t all day. Oh, and: I got so many detentions for trivial sh*t so many times, I never went to the detentions and then the teachers just stopped bothering and I got diplomatic immunity. It's just been revoked. Edmachine
You can get detention for chewing gum? What the f*ck? You get into detention for fights, repeated bad attitude, etc here. Not for chewing f*cking gum. The only ever time I've gotten into detention was for bad handwriting. Well, it's more like a extended day group (direct translation). And that was once. Other than that, I've never had to stay longer at school. So, that means, that either I am boring, smart, cautious or not a risk taker. Though, I love to see other's get into detention. Vercetti21
I've gotten two detentions in my whole life. One was in first grade; on the bus ride home, I noticed there was a very large tear in the seam of the seat in front of me, so I, out of my own childlike fascination, stuck my hand into the tear. It was at that moment that the douchebag behind me jumps out of his seat and yells to the bus driver, "Miss! He ripped the seat!" f*cker. The second was last year. I had a pretty cool teacher who liked to f*ck around with us. He made us a deal that we could throw crumbled papers or whatever into the trash can from anywhere in the room, but if we missed, we'd get a detention. I missed. Pat
My school was actually really laid back, so nobody got "detentions", but if you did something silly you'd get forced to pick up trash during lunch. That's how detention is in hour school, and it's mostly just for tardies. Only difference is that you pick up trash after school, rather than during lunch. Two hours for your first four tardies, four hours for your fifth, suspension for your sixth, and the tardies are only reset every semester. Only time I'm ever in the risk of being late is when it comes to my first class, and she doesn't ever take tardies, so I have pretty much no risks. As for ten minutes during lunch, that would suck majorly here. We have four lunch periods (all during fifth period), and each is only twenty five minutes long. And then there's that damn Freshman Accademy they started, which zones all the freshmen into one hall and gives them first lunch all year around. Total bullsh*t, especially after all the speeches the junior high teachers will give you about not being babied in high school.
tomtom555
My school is probably the strictest in rules and the teachers seem to love giving out detentions for such small reasons (don't they have homes to go to?). We're not allowed to wear trainers, chew gum, chant, etc without being put in a room which stinks of tea/coffee and being sat in a chair, staring at a white f*ckin' wall with the constant ticking of the clock and occasional snoring! Mind you, my school was pretty much destroyed after a fire and we've just had a completely new school risen from the ashes, so I understand why the rules are there. It's just that I hate the f*ckers. EDIT: Just before the Christmas hols, I was walking out of school with a few mates after school. A few teachers were walking behind us and the unfortunate teacher in this small story is an Urdu teacher called Mr Dhamrait. So, one of my mates thinks it was clever to take the piss out of his name and he shouted 'Dhamrait is damn wrong!'. Immature or what? Well, Dhamrait himself thinks it was me and since he had witnesses, he landed me in internal/isolation the next day. I had to write a letter of apology to the bastard and stay in there for half the day (it was a half-day because it was the last day of term). So, I ended up missing the school panto and having a laugh with my mates. That's f*ckin' school for me. tuff_luv_capo
I was a f*cking dick to my teachers, for sure. The T.A. (teachers assistant) in my one "social skills" class or whatever, got smart with my friend and I about our jobs at the time. She asked if I wanted to be a busboy my whole life, so I asked her if she wanted to be a teacher's assistant her whole life. c*nt f*cking cried. Also told my English teacher she had hairy arms.
