But the again in LV he acts pretty clever and when it gets to stealing jetpack he plans it well. I would give him 4 out of 10. He is a nutter, but only sometimes I guess. (Cheech & Chong) On reflection, He seems to have very strong beliefs that the government has secret agendas. So maybe it's not the drugs after all... Just look at how he reacts to CJ getting the Green Goo. He clearly doesn't know what's going on. Also check out his arguments in the cutscene leading up to the mission "Body Harvest": they won't let him use their combine, so CJ has to go in an steal it (and kill a bunch of them in the process). I don't think he is crazy. He is certainly very funny, and Peter Fonda does a great job with the voice. After all, do polar bears sh*t in the woods?
