GoofyHTS Posted February 1, 2009 Share Posted February 1, 2009 tried it and had a slight increase...I average 10 fps now on 800X600 and all other settings on low or 1 except vehicle density which is 10. maybe it's my rig, because the benchmark says 98% cpu usage p4 3.0ghz ht 2gb ram 1066 8600GT 512mb XP i'm getting a 2.5 C2D E7200, hopefully that should make a difference... What the hell. I have a Pentium 4 @ 3.4GHz, and i have 15FPS with 1024*768 without modded crap. Settings are all 0, exept for vehicle density, that's 50 here. Everything else is the same. why is mine so crap? i'm sure 0.4ghz more can't make that huge difference... I bought a C2D E8500 that's undeclocked (running at 2.5ghz atm, cheap mobo) and I'm getting 30fps on the benchmark. so trying "Graphics reducing tweaks" won't help that much at all...it needs a better cpu!
