GTA IV keeps Crashing

I'm really frustrated with GTA IV right now. My game keeps on crashing and I'm not sure what I can do to fix it. The error message keeps on popping up saying I've run out of video memory and I have to reboot my system. This happens between every 15-30 mins. Didn't used to be so bad but then I upgraded my GFX card, basically just doubled the ram. My specs are in my sig. I'm running graphic settings on high and used auto configure the other settings. Using about 950mb of video ram so I'm still in the green there.

 

I also have my custom radio station and sometimes it stops working and so does all the other dialogue in the game. Only SFX remains.

 

I'm not running any command lines at the moment and I'm using the latest patch.
