Achievement bug!?

I know that I have completed already about 40/50 achievements, but when I look at my 'Player Profile' then it says that only 24/50 are unlocked. I have completed and saved the story + all the missions but I noticed that You Won, Museum Piece and I'll Take Her achievements are locked (interesting thing is that Liberty City Minute achievement is unlocked, but You Won achievement isn't). In addition, Courier Service, Retail Therapy, Chain Reaction, Order Fulfilled, It'll Cost Ya (etc.) are locked, but I completed them ages ago. It makes me mad. Does anyone have the same thing? Why does it happen? There is no point of trying to unlock all the achievements in this game as they suck
