SWAT Tank (Truck, or whatever you call it) never spawns in the game, you only have one chance of obtaining it and that's during End of the Line. FBI Rancher chases you on 5-stars, FBI Truck is not in the game and can only be accessed by trainers/cheats/mods. I'm not pretty sure but I think the Mesa spawns in a parking lot around Verona Beach, that's where I've seen it once. Bandito can be obtained just by Helena's house in the countryside (I'm not sure where exactly because I have never dated her. The Dune spawns outside the Las Venturas stadium once you do one of the two events (I'm not sure which one)... And if you are looking for the Enforcer then it will chase you after 4-stars. I have never seen the Dune spawn over there. Are you sure? The Dune only spawns on all days except Monday and Wednesday at the Blackfield stadium in LV after completing Kickstart. A good way to get the Bandit is to start a race and then get the Bandit to a safehouse garage and wait for the "get back to your car timer" to run out. I will go out and look at the stadium in LV for it.. looks cool to drive around the desert in. Also, havent you people ever noticed that there are 2 different monsters, if i am correct. When you type in "monstermash" as a cheat, you get the older looking one. when you go the one in the little trailer park, it looks newer with a little extra cab space?? i mean the bodywork is different. I will get atleast 1 for every one of my garages because they are so cool, they look like an older Sunurban, the regular Rancher looks like a Ford Bronco or chevy...
