BHunterSEAL
So I've heard the judge show on WKTT a couple times and I couldn't really think of who it was supposed to be. I figured he was just supposed to be a generic TV judge--or maybe the antithesis of man-hating Judge Judy. You can tell he's black from his voice, but he doesn't really sound like Joe Brown. But I saw an episode of "Judge Joe Brown" (who's African-American) on FOX (the network, not FOX News) today and I'd say although his... interest in women isn't quite to the level of Judge Grady's, it's definitely close. His bailiff and announcer are both attractive white women. His audience is packed with attractive young women (usually not the people who show up for these shows). But best of all, the episode I saw was a case involving two fairly attractive lesbians and a man on one side and a bouncer on the other. He spent most of the time drooling over the women, making snide comments about the man fooling around with them, and even said "mmmmm" when he told the women to stand up and testify. Maybe I just got him at a bad episode, but I can't help but think WKTT's Judge Grady is more than a little based on FOX's Judge Joe Brown. Although that doesn't mean it's a bad show. It's actually pretty freaking hilarious, I'd never really watched court shows before today but it was damn funny. It's on at 4, at least on the D.C. affiliate. Monday of next week's episode is about a girl whose friends snorted the cremated remains of her father. Sometimes, real life is stranger than GTA: IV. Well, I'm glad I'm not the only person to make that connection. I thought of Brown as soon as I heard his voice... he does sound like him... I don't know if they share the same feelings toward women, though. Also, am I the only person to notice how sexist this game is? The excessive use of the word c*nt, Next top hooker, "Mas Fuego"... many more examples, but can't think of them all right now.

Slamman
I don't think it's him, but I haven't got the credits handy at the moment. Judge Joe Brown did get out from behind the bench to open a MAD TV episode a few months back (last year), that was amusing, but he's not all that funny. The humor in GTA is keeping with the tradition of just pushing the envelope a bit more each time, and I feel this is partly because of the competition out there as well. BHunterSEAL
Joe Brown isn't that funny himself, but the cases are feaking hilarious... I wasn't saying Joe Brown does the voice of Judge Grady, just that I think Grady might be based on him (because Brown is the only black TV judge (that I know of), because of his similar comments toward women on the show). He's actually pretty good, only one I think is decent. Judge Alex is fun sometimes too.
Spaghetti Cat
Don't forget about Judge Mathis But Judge Joe Brown is probably the best of all of our American Judge show "hosts" can I call him that... No Image Available
Mafioso86
i mean they're both angry loud black guys... but i think Grady is far more radical than Brown. Being on WKTT, combined with a lot of his opinions, he comes off as being one of the rare black republicans... and Joe Brown to my knowledge has never shown any sign of being a republican. Not really sure how that word is sexist, and I can only think of two uses of it (once by Francis, once by Pegorino) in the whole game.
CryptReaperDorian
Judge Grady reminds me Judge Joe Brown and that one court show called Eye For An Eye. Now, Judge Grady is far more extreme than Eye For An Eye (sometimes results in death in court), but Eye For An Eye does things for revenge or to humilliate the offender a lot. Mike2k4
A memorable line from Just or Unjust: (I think it goes like this) "All rise ..." (scuffle of movement). "Now be seated." (more movement) "Now rise again." (movement). "Now, get down!" The music after that and the judge's voice just had me cracking up for at least 5 minutes!
