You cannot blame Israel for wanting to get rid of such hate (though who am i to support education by murder.). As long as people are told that Revenge is alright, the human race will never reach the proverbial "peace". ...besides that I ain't sayin nuthin. No it doesn't work like that. One person affects another person in a way; let's just give an example here and say that Person One stabs Person Two in both eyes. Person Two is now blind and is therefor unable to stab Person One in the eyes. A third party is then brought in and acts as Person Two simply as an extension of Person Two for retribution. There's something very strange and wrong with the Western culture. You'll find in countries like Australia, the UK and the USA that when people are given houses by their governments, they become ungrateful and pretty much destroy their neighbourhood; whereas in countries like Sweden they tend to maintain their dwellings rather well. I don't understand it, but from what I read it's much more prosperous in The Scandinavian countries, and Sweden is like its own little word, hidden behind those mountains. I was going to say that they would logically cut out the offending woman's c*nt, sew up the open ends, fill it with water and kick it like a football. And in the offending man's case, they cut out one of his nipples and surgically install a jug in his chest with a spigot in place of the nipple. They fill the jug with formula and he is then required to breast feed starving babies 2 hours a day, 3 days a week. Either that or they make him consume milk orally and intravenously untill he dies. You wouldn't all be saying good for Iran if they had a fair justice system, this is just unusually fair for a country that executes gays and adulterers. If American courts decided to blind some guy, I don't think you would all be so pleased. We should have moved on from "eye for an eye" a thousand years ago, although considering that Iran goes below the eye for an eye standard quite often (executing gays etc), this may be a step in the right direction. Does everybody remember when America was allowed to execute rapists? I'm not talking To Kill a Mockingbird either, I mean a couple months ago. It was struck down as being cruel and unusual, I suppose the standard for that is that it dipped below the eye for an eye standard. Iran still sucks. While every civilization from that period was still using religion as the main source of law (and those laws were ruthless), religion in Hammurabi's law was almost completely absent. There were some religious primitive rules used for proving one's innocence. For example, if husband accused his wife for cheating and she denies it, then she would get thrown into water with her hands tied. If she survives then she's innocent.
