I get this issue too, but it's not really a big deal though, because I like running my Infernus better than walking on the streets and shooting down peds. lol.gif

Maybe you're right, It's not a big deal. I should be grateful at least I can run this game with 20fps.

If you drive an insane fast car like Infernus you won't notice this issue.

it is because you are running in 800x600, this gets less and less apparent and at 1680 is no more. Same goes for other shadows.

This game is not made for such small resolution and will run just as good for you on higher resolutions (up until you meet your systems limit, yet if you are already there, it is time for new machine) and will never look it's most beautiful until you go to above 1680.

It is no bug, that light and shadowmap or whatever is limited by the res.

The bigger you go, the less lines you will see.

I dont think this is a video card issue because I now have the same problem with my hd 4850 running at 1680x1050 after i switched my ati drivers to the sapphire ones. Changing shadows doesn't help either. It might be an issue with my sapphire drivers, or (more likely) you may need to do a clean reinstallation of your nvidia drivers I didn't run driver sweeper, just used ati's driver removal program so that may be why.
