I think maybe hes referring to that from above they sort of look a pair of breasts... If so then yes, I've noticed. If you look hard enough around SA(And have a sick enough mind like mine and the folks at R*) you will see many landscapes and objects shaped like male or female body parts. Sorry, but I don't play baseball:P I think the visual "boobie" element was intended, given Rockstar's good ol' sense of humor, but at a lot of parks in the US you might see two baseball fields aligned like that closely, with nothing funny intended.
