1337hax Posted January 9, 2009 Share Posted January 9, 2009 Ok I found a glitch that will make it show the outside view in the hospital. Go to the hospital in leftwood, Try get a car inside, if not go to the bottom of the stairs and face the hospital, now do a car cheat, try get the car in front of the hospital, Now go in the hospital and get in the car, tada.
