Playstation Network Problem

So today i went onto PSN to download and play the Lord Of The Rings Demo and the New unseen Tekken 6 trailor

 

Tried to connect and i kept getting this at first

 

A connection to the network cannot be established. Obtain I.P Address failed. The key information exchange timed out. Oddly enough i thought this was a lose cable in the router check it and everything was fine even the net connection and router. It connected tonight and every 30 mins it signs out and gives me this code 8013013D.

 

I checked everthing and i can sign in no problems now but its after a certain time i get signed out and my connection drops. How do i fix this and who do i have to speak to if its my ISP. Do i ask for a manager or someone with a specific role to sort this out. I play online with this and its cutting me off at intervals. Its never done this before but has been happening today and yesterday.

 

I even checked out the exact error code

But the problem is it let me download for a while longer and wham disconnected. I dont know about the wap2 thing but why would it run a while longer than before and then disconnect me. If i change to wap 1 will i connect okay because im not sure if this will affect my ability to connect to it.
